Molecular Kits - CoV-19 Detection Kits
Pishtaz - One-Step RT-PCR Covid -19 Detection Kit
This kit is used for nucleic acid detection of novel coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2), the results can be used for auxiliary diagnosis of patients with new coronavirus infection or patients suspected of new coronavirus infection. The test results of this kit are suitable for clinical reference and should not be used as the sole criterion for clinical diagnosis. It is recommended to conduct a comprehensive analysis combining with clinical manifestations of the patient and other laboratory tests.
Pishtaz - Model PT-VNEX-100 - Viral Nucleic Acid Extraction Kit
This kit is designed for extraction of viral nucleic acid (DNA and RNA) using a column method. The proper specimens for thiaRegarding the current pandemic situation this kit is optimized for Coronavirus and Influenza and is able to extract minimum amount of viral genome.
Elisa Kits - Torch
Pishtaz - Model PT-Toxo-Igg-96 - Toxoplasma IgG Elisa Kit
Toxoplasmagondii has worldwide distribution and has been identified for the first time in North African rodent named Ctenodactylus gondii which confer Toxoplasma species name. The parasitedefinitive hostsare cats and other certain felines. Toxoplasma infection in human adults proceeds to a benign self limited infection. However, their tissue cysts remain for years.

Elisa Kits - Thyroid
Pishtaz - Model PT-FT3-96 - Thyroid Elisa Kit
3,5,3′ triiodothyronine (T3) hormone secreted by thyroid gland and circulates in the bloodstream, mostly (99.7%) bound to the plasma proteins, thyroxine binding globulin (TBG), prealbumin and albumin. The remaining (0.3%) is free(FT3), unbound and its metabolic potency is much greater. T3 hormone regulates cell metabolism and body growth and its level is good indicator of thyroid disease state and body metabolism. Alteration of plasma proteins in clinical conditions such as pregnancy and drugs usage like contraceptive pills, estrogen therapy, phenytoins, androgens lead to falsely increase in total T3 but not in free T3 level. Therefore assessing the FT3 is a reliable diagnostic tool for estimation of thyroid disease.
Pishtaz - Model PT-FT4-96 - Thyroid Elisa Kit
Thyroxine hormone is synthesized in thyroid gland which is most important component of endocrine system. Over than 99% of thyroxine (T4) circulates in blood is bound to carrier proteins; thyroxine-binding globulin (TBG), albumin and prealbumin. However, only the free (unbound) portion of T4 is responsible for the biological action. Furthermore, the concentrations of the carrier proteins are altered in many clinical conditions, such as pregnancy. In normal thyroid function as the concentrations of the carrier proteins alters, the total T4 level changes whereas the free T4 concentration remains constant. Thus, measurements of free T4 concentration correlate more reliably with clinical status than total T4 levels. The increase in total T4 levels associated with pregnancy, oral contraceptives and estrogen therapy result in higher total T4 levels while the free T4 concentration remains basically unchanged.
Pishtaz - Model PT-T3-96 - Thyroid Elisa Kit
The human thyroid gland is a major component of the endocrine system. Thyroid hormones perform many important functions. Thyroxine (T4) and 3,5,3′ triiodothyronine(T3) hormones circulate in the bloodstream, mostly bound to the plasma protein, thyroxine binding globulin (TBG). The concentration of T3 is much less than that of T4, but its metabolic potency is much greater. T3 determinations are an important factor in the diagnosis of thyroid disease.
