Capable of providing full turnkey automated or manual barrel and rack plating lines, including hoists, tanks, pumps, filters, heaters, and controls, we can also add new or upgraded equipment, such as pH control systems, waste treatment equipment, and ventilation systems to your existing lines. Our modern plant is equipped for plastic fabrication, metal fabrication, machining, sandblasting, painting, piping, assembly, plastisol coating, and control panel fabrication including electrical.

Customized for optimum quality and productivity, PKG Equipment Inc. designs chemical wet benches and sinks for high-tech industrial, laboratory and R & D settings. The products of in-house chemical, mechanical and electrical engineering knowledge, our modular stations are designed to be the ideal solution for your specifications. Built by ASTM C 1147 certified plastic fabricators, PKG benches are always built to be safe, reliable and easy to use.

PKG Equipment Inc. ventilation systems are manufactured in accordance with the latest edition of the Industrial Ventilation Guidebook from the American Conference of Governmental Industrial Hygienists, Inc. (ACGIH) and the Sheet Metal and Air Conditioning Contractors National Association (SMACNA) Construction Manual. Our systems require minimal maintenance and perform effectively in corrosive environments. The design of components such as ductwork, exhaust hoods, fans, blowers and scrubbers is based on the chemical properties of the exhaust fumes, air temperature, and general shop conditions. Control panels to automate scrubber system electrical functions, such as pH control, fresh water intake, conductivity, static pressure monitoring and other applications, may be UL 508 A certified when requested. In addition to design and fabrication, PKG Equipment provides complete installation services.

PKG Equipment Inc. manufacturers waste treatment systems for batch treatment, continuous flow, closed loop water recycle, microfiltration and ph neutralization. These systems are available with custom fabricated control panels to monitor and automate all functions including data collection. In addition to waste treatment systems, PKG Equipment manufactures atmospheric wastewater evaporators and clarifiers that are available in various sizes and materials to accommodate your particular requirements. Installation is performed by our in-house fabricators to ensure your equipment operates according to your specifications.

Custom designed for pressure greater than 15 psig or vacuum service, our ASME Code tanks are manufactured in accordance with the latest editions of ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code Sec. VIII, Div. 1 and are available in carbon steel, low alloy steel and high alloy steel. ASME Code tanks are inspected, stamped with the U-symbol and assigned a National Board number.

PKG Equipment Inc. has been manufacturing tanks for atmospheric pressure for over forty years from carbon steel, stainless steel and other specialty metals. These tanks are for above ground use only but are custom designed to suit your specific application.

PKG Equipment Inc.‘s custom fabricated plastic tanks are engineered to withstand corrosion, high temperatures and rugged shop use. In order to produce the best plastic tanks, our plastic fabricators use forming machines and butt welders. Plastic tanks fabricated using this equipment are much stronger and more durable than plastic tanks that are all hand welded. Our newest butt welder performs quality controlled welds according to DVS 2208-1 (German Welding Society guidelines) & produces documentation for individual weld parameters.

PKG Equipment Inc. carries a full line of corrosion and chemical resistant tanks rotationally molded from XLPE and linear polyethylene. These tanks come in a variety of standard sizes and vertical, sloped bottom, cone bottom, double wall, and horizontal configurations.
