Plast-O-Matic True Blue Ball Valves sizes 1/2", 3/4", 1", 1¼", 1½" and 2" are 100% molded, machined & assembled in Cedar Grove, NJ, USA. Some materials on 3" and 4" valves are imported, however, all machining & assembly is done in Cedar Grove, NJ, USA. 100 percent pressure tested at our factory in Cedar Grove. Available in Geon PVC, Corzan CPVC, Natural (virgin, unpigmented) Polypropylene, and Kynar PVDF. Available seal materials are EPDM and Viton. Handle is molded ABS. Other materials available; minimum quantities apply.

Plast-O-Matic True Blue® brand chemical flow and level indicators offer a safe and economical means of indicating flow, clarity , or exact level of extremely corrosive and ultra-pure liquids such as sulphuric acid, hydrochloric acid, chlorine, caustics, and demineralized water. Two essential considerations in the choice of a flow or level indicator should be its strength and design simplicity since these factors minimize malfunctions and maintenance problems. All Plast-O-Matic flow and level indicators are designed to withstand reasonable external shocks. Simplicity is their engineering standard. These flow indicators are available in three different models: Series GX single-wall sight glass, Series GY double-wall sight glass, and Series GYW double-wall, wafer-style sight glass. The level indicators are available in one model: Series GL. All are easy to install, practically maintenance free, and above all, easy to view whenever necessary.

3/8″ – 4″ sizes in PVC, CPVC, Natural Polypro, PVDF with FKM or EPDM. 3/8″ – 2″ feature trunnion design, dual sliding seats. 3″ and 4″ sizes are single direction safe-block design. Available with NPT, Socket, BSP, Sanitary, Spigot and other connection types. ½” through 2” 2-way valves available in UV-blocking Red Kynar. Options include Z-vent for sodium hypochlorite, Lock-out/Tag-out, Metering, Characterization, Stem Extensions, and Lateral Reducing connections.

Three-way version offers the same trunnion design, dual sliding seats and other premium features found in our 2-way valves. 1/2″ – 2″ sizes in PVC or CPVC, with 2-hole ball to prevent mixing, or 3-hole ball to prevent momentary deadhead. 3″ & 4″ sizes in PVC, CPVC, PP and PVDF.
