Alfarapid is the system for grooved pipe (Victaulic type) produced by Plastica Alfa. It can be used in water treatment, irrigation, hydraulics, thermo-hydraulics as it stands out for easy and quick installation, allowing to save time and money during installation and maintenance operations; in fact no welding, threading, flanging and soldering are required. Alfarapid system is characterized by high quality long life, resistance to pressure and mechanical stresses. Alfarapid system has replaced the metallic systems, adding to the inherent mechanical strength, all the advantages related to  plastics: corrosion resistance and no accumulation of corrosion products, high chemical resistance, low weight. The materials used are suitable to drinking water and provided with several national and international certifications.

Plastica Alfa has been manufacturing Black Line compression fittings for about 25 years, known worldwide for the excellent value for money and long service life. Black Line fittings are used to connect polyethylene (LDPE, MDPE and HDPE) and PPR pipes to supply pressurized (up to PFA 16) and not pressurized fluids. They are especially used for drinking water supply in aqueducts and civil installations, irrigation, firefighting systems, geothermal systems, to convey waste and industrial water, compressed air.

Blu Line Plus compression fittings represent the evolution of Plastica Alfa compression fittings: no disassembly is required for installation (push-in). They are designed and tested to grant the allowable operating pressure (PFA/PN) between 16 up to 18 bar. Blu Line Plus fittings are used to connect polyethylene (LDPE, MDPE and HDPE) and PPR pipes to supply pressurized (up to PFA 16) and not pressurized fluids; they are especially used for drinking water supply in aqueducts and civil installations, irrigation, firefighting systems, geothermal systems, to convey waste and industrial water, compressed air.

Threads complying with standard.  Among the most innovative products, the Alfaturbo hydro cyclone, sand separator,  in polyamide glass-reinforced, using the centrifugal force resulting from the geometry of the body, allows the separation of heavy particles with a density greater than the liquid to be filtered, making them settle into the tank at the bottom. The use of polymeric materials dramatically improves the performance of this product, as it makes it resistant to corrosion and rust and fully inspected, suitable to domestic, agricultural or industrial applications.

Multypexalfa GAS is the PEXb-Al-PEXb multilayer pipe produced by Plastica Alfa for indoor installation for the conveyance of gaseous fuels (natural gas and PLG).The system comply with the standards UNI 11344 and ISO 17484-1, is certified by KIWA, shall be installed according to the standard UNI/TS 11343, UNI 7129 and to DM 16th April 2008.

Alfaidro NOFIRE represents the innovation for firefighting security, by being the alternative in thermoplastics to metal systems in the active protection area and more specifically in the wet pipe automatic sprinkler systems. It stands out for its easy installation and handling thanks to its reduced weight – up to 80% compared to the metal pipe – the total absence of corrosion both inside and outside, no clogging of sprinklers, no leakage due to the welding technique, time and maintenance cost saving.

Alfaidro NOFIRE pipes are manufactured with the innovative composite FASERtechnology: the internal and external layers are made of PP-RCT, a 3rd-generation polymer that provides high mechanical and aging resistance; the intermediate layer in PPFV provides dimensional stability, which allows the use of a reduced number of clamping elements during the installation.
