The SCS-Diluter is a stand-alone general filtration system, developed to reduce and control the background concentration of welding fumes in a workshop. The SCS-Diluter is a smart general fume extraction and air filtration solution without ductwork that works as a local exhaust ventilation system. In some cases source fume extraction and hoods are not an option, for example if metalwork pieces are too big to be covered by extraction arms, as in the ship-building and transport manufacturing industry, or if welders constantly move in between positions. Plymovent has therefore developed a general air filtration system that can control welding fumes in large facilities: the SCS-Diluter. This solution can be used in large workshops with various welding processes, changing activities, crane transportation and locations where ductwork is difficult to install. The result: reducing the background concentration of fumes to lower levels, giving a cleaner working environment!

The MDB-Diluter Pro is a standalone general welding fume filtration system. MDB-Diluter systems are designed for intensive welding activities with heavy dust load. The unit prevents accumulation of welding fume beyond the legal limits by continuous filtration and dilution of polluted air, working as an efficient air purification system. The blue haze of welding fumes, caused by the risen fumes that concentrate between four and six meters (13 and 20 ft) above the floor, is continuously mixed with clean air injected by nozzles.

The MDB-Diluter Pro Connect is a standalone general welding fume filtration system. MDB-Diluter systems are designed for intensive welding activities with heavy dust load. The unit prevents accumulation of welding fume beyond the legal limits by continuous filtration and dilution of polluted air. The DraftMax for light applications is a work bench fitted with a disposable filter. Recommended for light activities like grinding, cutting and TIG-welding. For small workshops or welding schools.

The DraftMax Eco is a downdraft table that extracts fumes and dust effectively. The DraftMax Eco is a workbench, to be connected to an external extraction/filter system. Approx. 80% of the air is extracted through the backdraft panel and the remaining 20% through the work grid. Extraction facility to be connected to air outlet on top of the backdraft panel. The DraftMax Eco contains no filters, but can be equipped with optional spark arresters to be mounted in the backdraft panel. DraftMax Eco is suited for ductwork. It has to be connected to an external fan and filtration system, such as Plymovent`s MDB filtration unit. The dust collection tray is prepared for two optional dust containers. Depending on the specific application, the downdraft table can be provided with a special work grid. The working height of the downdraft table is adjustable.

The DraftMax Eco is a welding table workbench, to be connected to an external extraction/filter system. Approx. 80% of the air is extracted through the backdraft panel and the remaining 20% through the work grid. Extraction facility to be connected to air outlet on top of the backdraft panel. The DraftMax Eco contains no filters. DraftMax Eco is suited for ductwork and industrial filtration. It has to be connected to an external fan and filtration system, such as Plymovent`s MDB filtration unit. The dust collection tray is prepared for two optional dust containers. Depending on the specific application, the downdraft table can be provided with a special work grid. The working height of the downdraft table is adjustable.

The DraftMax Basic for plasma cutting is a work bench with a disposable filter recommended for occasional plasma cutting (a few hours a week). With the large filter surface, the filter’s efficiency is high and operational costs are low.
