PMC Aquatics, - Lightweight and Portable Aquatic Weed Harvester

The reKVR is a lightweight and portable aquatic weed harvester, designed to manage invasive plants in marinas, golf course ponds, small lakes, and other waterways. Constructed from aluminum, reKVR offers a durable alternative to heavier steel and more fragile fiberglass constructions. It utilizes specially-designed inset paddlewheels for propulsion, avoiding problems associated with traditional propellers and jets, such as entanglement and blockages. With features facilitating ease of transport and operation, reKVR is manageable by a single individual and can be trailered across delicate grounds such as golf courses and maneuver into tight spaces like boat slips. This design allows for effective management of waterway ecosystems by enabling the user to approach challenging areas with minimal crew and equipment, thereby restoring ecological balance and keeping water features clear of invasive plant growth.

PMC - Aquatic Weed Harvester Boat

The H-8 Aquatic Weed Harvester, developed by PMC Aquatics, is engineered to efficiently manage invasive aquatic vegetation in various water environments such as golf courses, marinas, ponds, and other waterways. It features an 8-foot wide cutting area and 6-foot deep cutting capacity, equipped with Eaton hydraulic motors and rock guard protected cutting teeth. The harvester is built with stainless steel hydraulic lines for durability and a 260-cubic-foot storage capacity. The hydraulically retractable paddle wheels and electronic engine control enhance maneuverability. Constructed with an all-steel, multi-compartmental hull and non-slip decking, it's built for safe and effective operation. Powered by a Kubota 4-cylinder motor, it includes a 33 GPM hydraulic pump and a 21-gallon hydraulic reservoir and fuel tank. This vessel is designed for optimal flotation with a weight of 6900 lbs and watertight compartments. The harvester ensures efficient weed collection and disposal through its dual independently reversible paddle wheels and impact-absorbing harvesting head.
