F flat fan nozzle is designed for high-pressure washing applications. Their specially designed inner profile allows for even jet distribution, which results in effective and uniform cleaning action over the surface being processed. All nozzles are precisely machined and made of hardened stainless steel AISI 416.

The special short body design of the GA flat fan nozzle makes it possible to use nozzle spray pipes in such machines or systems where the available space is very limited. (for ex., tight turns in traps and elbows). They allow an even jet distribution and a proper force of impact. GA nozzles are available in two types: 1/4″ standard capacity and 3/4″ large capacity. They are made in brass, stainless steel or in plastic materials to suit different working environments. GA nozzles in plastic materials are made with a longer thread and bigger front for higher efficiency and longer service life.

Type AA full cone nozzle is made out of a body and a slotted vane, for even spray distribution.  This type of construction offers a nozzle length generally shorter than other types, and it is used in applications where strict space requirements are to be met. Connection thread is parallel, according to BSP standards. Typical applications in gas cooling, washing processes and fire fighting systems. Their compact design makes them the best choice where a plastic material like PVC, PP or PTFE is required. The robust construction of the vane prevents it collapsing when subjected to high temperature. Also, there is a price advantage resulting from less material being required to provide a nozzle of shorter length. In addition these nozzles can be readily manufactured from almost any machineable material, making them the best choice when urgent delivery is requested.

UAB heads are very compact devices, for applications like pipe washing or for cleaning tight spaces. The thick walls of this device, which is machined from solid stainless steel rod, make it also a good choice where the washing process needs to be performed at high pressure values.

UBB heads are specially designed for applications where chemical attack from strong acids is to be expected, or when contamination to the product being handled is to be excluded, and are therefore entirely made out of PTFE.

UBA series heads operate producing water jets out of a spray head rotating around a vertical axis, but feature a sophisticated design where the head is put in slow motion by a simple friction motor. As the motor produces a low rotation velocity, the jets can work with their maximum efficiency since not being broken into droplets: this makes it possible to obtain a higher impact force onto the tank wall. The head design can include one jet directed upwards which is meant to clean the tank roof area around the feed pipe, a difficult area in many instances, realizing then a true 360° spray pattern.

Ultrasonic atomizers produce the finest sprays available with air assistance for industrial processes, with a narrow angle full cone jet.Water and air do not mix in a confined volume before leaving the nozzle, and therefore their feed pressures can be adjusted independently without influencing each other: this allows for a very wide regulation range on the liquid capacity and makes it easier to reach the desired operating conditions.Please note that the code given in the table only refers to the atomizing head and must be completed with the identification for one of the four connection adapters available,
