Due to size and type, the materials require ample space between the pitches of the spiral to avoid jamming during transport and to allow a correct operation of the system. The external pipes are made with special wear-proof materials. The airtight design prevents any external contaminations and leakage of the conveyed product. These kind of screw conveyors are quite simple machines to be used as self-standing or to be applied to existing plants with no need for filter, centrifugal dust separator or other accessories.

POFER TA trough screw conveyors are suitable for horizontal conveying of granular and dry products. The standard Models & Diameters are: TA15 D150mm, TA20 D200mm, TA25 D250mm and TA30 d300mm. Modular and assembly-friendly extensions are available in 3 different lengths: 1 metre, 2 metres, 3 metres. They are equipped with hanger bearings in bronze or in self-lubricating maintenance-free plastic, in order to reach any length, with the possibility to fit one or more intermediate outlets. Standard speeds are RPM280 and RPM360 belt drive, but according to performance requirements, the conveyors may be equipped with: 3phase motor and belt drive, with motorgearbox and direct drive.

POFER FP agri screw conveyors mostly used in installations of cereal storage, with special interchangeable flanged joints, made of steel and hot dip galvanized. Standard versions are with diameters D150 D200 D250 D300 mm and extensions available in 1.0mt 2.0mt 3.0mt length, equipped with strong hanger bearings made in bronze or ertalon. Designed and made to suit various applications , can be used horizontal or inclined up to vertical with different terminals accordingly: hopper, flow control gate, flanged inlet, etc.

POFER SG foldable and towable screw conveyor for agricultural applications (silo loading), suitable for any type of granular product. Made in hot galvanized steel and fitted with pneumatic wheels on sturdy cart, can be towed by farm tractor and moved from one place to another to load silos, barns or warehouses. Available in two different lengths L=10000 and L=12000 and two different diameters D150 and D200 mm, to suit every need.

POFER TN is modular and composable in every component, from inlet to outlet, transmission and accessories. With an inclination of 45 °, the TN SERIES has an output of: 7.0t / h for the D100, 13 t / h for the D120, 20 t / h for the D150.

The Hor-Ver (Horizontal-Vertical) screw conveyor system consists of a combined horizontal screw feeder and a vertical screw conveyor in a “T” connection that vertically conveys the material. The structure, the screws as well as of both intermediate and terminal bearings have been engineered to allow a remarkable ease of maintenance. The finish can be either hot galvanized or painted, according to customer needs.
