Multipurpose horizontal machine that can molding with virgin material or recycled EPS material up to 100%. %. The lower part is equipped with a movable plane with electronic control of the position which also allows to mold 2 layers in different density and/or with different types of material. This feature also allows you to change the thickness of slabs without making any changes to the mold. The machine layout is designed to introduce various types of inserts into the mold (metal grid, profiles, etc.) and / or reduce the size of the slab according to the Customer`s needs The pieces / slabs produced are stacked and transported automatically outside the work area to be picked up easily and safely by the operator.

Continuous molding machine for forming self-supporting slabs reinforced with welded mesh steel pylons. The result of our experience in the design of machines dedicated to the new EPS tecnologies in the construction sector, although the final product is complex, it is a versatile and fully automated but simple to setting machine. It is composed of 3 sections: - Welded mesh steel pylons introduction section into the mold - Section of the mold with movable plate for changing the thickness - Extraction system of the slabs from the mold. Also for this machine, according to the customer`s needs, we are able to supply auxiliary machines up to the supply of the "turnkey" system.

The EC series of continuous pre-expanders has been expanded beyond the simple and reliable traditional electromechanical models with great success through electronic models which, through the use of the latest technology available on the market, overcomes the parameter control problems during material change. In fact, thanks to the introduction of the electronic control system, the expansion cycle is controlled completely automatically and the control parameters can be constantly monitored, modified and saved.
