PROTOC is a fast, reliable and flexible on-line analyser system designed to accurately determine TOC/TC (Total Organic Carbon) concentrations in real time. The Protoc total organic carbon analyser comprises a wall mount analyser section which may have an integral keypad and display or can be supplied with a separate touch screen which can then also provide graphical representation, data storage and user interface with the TOC analyser section. A separate junction box provides connection of power supply and output signals, for connection to telemetry.

PROTOC TL is a fast, reliable and flexible on-line analyser system designed to accurately determine trace level TOC/TC concentrations in real time. The analyser comprises a wall mount, analyser section typically supplied complete with a controller providing local display and outputting signals.

The ProAm Ammonia Monitor is a simple, compact on-line analyser designed currently to accurately determine ammoniacal-nitrogen in real-time. Other parameters which include Nitrate, Chloride and Fluoride may also be configured. The instrument comprises a wall-mount analyser section with an integral sample pump; a controlling processor interfaced by a membrane keyboard and back lit LCD. Electrical connections for power supply and signals are externally made from a separate IP65 enclosure which is typically installed adjacent to the analyser section

Terminator is a simple, compact and innovative solution designed to automate the isolation of site discharges. The system comprises a surface mounted controller connected to an inflatable bladder which is permanently installed within a discharge pipe. It is simple to install, simple to operate and is an effective control measure providing protection against release of pollution.

PPM has engineered a portable IQ Sensor Net system complete with the Ammolytplus sensor for the direct measurement of ammonium where mains power is not available. The system is housed within a robust, waterproof and lockable case that is easily transported using the extendable handle and integral wheels. Space is provided for a separate and removable case containing rechargeable batteries that provide power supply. A spare battery pack allows for simple on site exchange and uninterrupted field use.

PPM can engineer, bespoke trailer mounted systems comprising both probe and analyser technologies to suit the intended application. The trailer provides a secure and weather proof enclosure for temporary installation allowing site investigation at problematic sites or collection of data during commissioning of new treatment processes.

The need to transmit, display and record data is often dependent upon the particular application needs and indeed whether a suitable site Scada system is already installed. Nevertheless, many applications can still benefit from a more proactive approach to data management. Number crunching exercises can often be avoided if devices are properly configured. Additionally, operators can be notified in real-time of detrimental process changes requiring immediate investigation.
