Our PLS-311 system is a corrosion coating for the interior of above ground tanks storing petroleum fuels. It is engineered to provide excellent adhesion to both steel and fiberglass substrates. It is a spray-applied system with a short cure time to minimize tank downtime. The PLS 311f variation of the PLS 311 resin is specifically formulated for use in fiberglass storage tanks as a compatibility coating to provide enhanced compatibility with alcohol blended petroleum fuels, alcohol fuels and biodiesel fuels.

Our PLS 360e series is an easy to apply resin that is ideal for the lining of underground storage tanks used for the containment of gasoline, gasoline/alcohol blends and alcohol fuels. Advantages of the PLS 360e series of products include: superior adhesion, short cure time and the ability to recoat.

Our PLS 411 series is used in above ground storage tank applications to provide a structurally reinforced tank bottom which is corrosion resistant. The PLS 411 system cures quickly while providing reasonable working time. Superior adhesion and adequate flexibility allow the PLS 411 above ground tank lining system to move smoothly with the tank bottom as it flexes during filling and emptying of the tank. The PLS 411f variation of the PLS 411 resin is specifically formulated for use in fiberglass storage tanks as a fiber reinforced compatibility laminate to provide enhanced compatibility with alcohol blended petroleum fuels, alcohol fuels and biodiesel fuels.

PLS 477FC is a fast curing, high solids two part epoxy for use on steel and concrete substrates exposed to marine environments and non-potable water applications. Advantages of the PLS 477FC coating include: fast curing, easy to apply, low odor, lowered VOC content, chemical and abrasion resistance, and slip resistance. Additionally, PLS 477FC can be applied to steel surfaces after less extensive preparation to a near white metal condition compared to competing products which require a white metal blast.

PLS 477PW has been specially formulated for application to steel surfaces in contact with potable water. This 100% solids, two part epoxy is easy to apply. Other advantages of the PLS 477PW coating include: no VOCs, chemical and abrasion resistance, erosion resistance and the ability to be applied by brush or roller. Additionally, PLS 477PW can be applied to steel surfaces after less extensive preparation to a near white metal condition compared to competing products which require a white metal blast.

PLS 1776a (aboveground tank bottoms), PLS 1776u (underground tanks) and PLS 1776f (fiberglass tanks) systems create a monitorable interstitial space between two structural layers of fiber reinforced resin laminates. This system is compatible with petroleum fuels, alcohol-blended petroleum fuels, alcohols and biodiesel.
