PolyEurope’s Bi-Directional pigs are designed to be used for hydrostatic testing, displacement of water or air, removal of debris , liquid evacuation and/or product separation.

PolyEurope’s standard Cup Pigs are designed for removal of pipeline debris, liquid evacuation, product separation, batching,  displacement, cleaning, and gauging operations. The cup design is derived from the hydraulic piston seal and aggressively scrapes the pipeline bore while maintaining a constant seal. The range is available from 4” through to 14” with a single steel body bolt design and from 6” through 56” with a multi bolt design. The general purpose design is supplied with four scraper cups and is successful in removing light to medium deposits from pipe walls.

PolyEurope’s Conical Pigs are designed for removal of debris, liquid evacuation, product separation, batching, displacement cleaning, and gauging operations over long pigging runs and multi diameter lines ( reduction upto 20% ). PolyEurope’s Conical Pigs are especially effective when encountering pipe ovality and varying pipe wall thickness. PolyEurope’s Conical Cup Pigs are still a popular style of pig for offshore lines and in use with a large number of pipeline operators. The heavy cup design maintains a constant seal due to maximum flexibility, whilst aggressively scraping the pipeline bore during the full pig run.

Cup design: PolyEurope’s  Flexible Cup Pigs are designed for pipeline debris removal, liquid evacuation, product separation, batching,  displacement, pipeline cleaning, and gauging operations. Due their low weight and easy to handle characteristics, this range of Flexible Cup Pigs prove to be universally popular. The scraper cup design aggressively scrapes the pipeline bore while maintaining a constant seal. The range of Flexible Cup Pigs is available from 4” through to 24” with a single flexible polyurethane body design hold together with a single metal or plastic holder. The general purpose design is supplied with four scraper cups and proves successful in the removal of  light and  medium deposits from pipe walls. This cleaning ability can be further enhanced by the addition of circular brushes ( several grades of brushes available). Optionally gauge plates  (solid or segmented design) are available.

PolyEurope has designed a range of customized Dual Module Pigs which combine most pigging and pipeline maintenance operations, including cleaning, batching and gauging in a single pipeline pig run. Subsequently, costs are reduced and production downtime is minimized. Dual Module Pigs provide the operator more efficiency and a higher level of cleanliness.

PolyEurope offers a range of Hydro Pigs which are used for displacement of water or air in pipeline pigging processes. With excellent sealing abilities in all circumstances, the Hydro Pipeline Pig range is available from 4” to 12” with a single body bolt design and from 12” to 56” with a multi bolt design. The general purpose design is supplied with two `sandwich` packages consisting of polyurethane elastomeric sealing discs and polyurethane high density foam discs; these are used for high performance sealing, as well as drive discs. This design proves most successful in pipeline pigging dewatering operations. Additional options include the attachment of a transmitter / data logger housings.

PolyEurope is the largest and most established founder (since 1974) of Poly Foam Pig manufacture in Europe. At  present, we are able to manufacture over 50 different styles of Poly Foam Pigs with sizes ranging from 1” to 100”, in 3 densities of foam: Low density: 1½-2 lbs/cu.ft. Medium density: 5-7 lbs/cu.ft. High density: 8-10 lbs/cu.ft.

PolyEurope’s Decoking Pigs or Studded Pigs for decoking refinery haters and pipes are available from 1.000” through 8.750”. The PolyEurope range is manufactured from the highest quality polyurethanes and studded pins made of tungsten steel using soft core process technology. On request solid decoking pigs are also available.

PolyEurope has developed an extensive range of heavy duty, high quality pipeline Spheres in solid or inflatable designs for ease of handling and effective use. Spheres are an effective way to separate or batch products. They also prove effective in  meter proving and pipeline evacuation activities. The pipeline Spheres are inflated with a combination of water and glycol mix. PolyEurope’s spheres are also available in FDA Food Grade Material.

PolyEurope offers a comprehensive range of replacement spare parts for all in-house manufactured pigs, as well as those from 3rd parties. These include sealing / guiding discs, cleaning brushes (both circular and spring mounted), plough blades, magnet boxes, aluminum gauge plates (slotted or standard) and cups (conical or standard).
