Our type BP PTFE coated fabrics have a smooth surface. The base material is a glass fiber impregnated with PTFE. This type of PTFE glass fiber is used in many applications, for example in industrial processes, for which the non-stick properties are most important. Another application for PTFE coated fabrics are heat-seal machines used in the packing industry. PTFE fabric can be supplied in sheets and rolls, in almost every desired dimension.

Shrink tubes are used as protection cover in applications which are exposed to aggressive chemicals, moisture, high temperatures or other critical environmental factors. Due to the fact that our shrink tube generates a better seal, it ensures a longer life time of your product. Partly by extending its service life, shrink tube is used in numerous applications in the electrical, automotive, medical, aerospace and many other industries.

Polyfluor is the specialist in the Benelux and supplies a wide range of PTFE hoses. These are available with both smooth and corrugated designs (spiral and parallel) in inch, metric, AWG versions, and others. Polyfluor supplies PTFE hoses in straight lengths, bundles, or reels as well as hot-bent and modified versions, so that they can be easily applied regardless of the situation. The natural hoses are milky white to slightly transparent in colour. However, pigmented versions and liners (standard) are available. As you can see, a suitable PTFE hose from Polyfluor is available for every demand, situation, and application.

Our fluorine plastic, high-pressure hoses consist of an inner hose made of PTFE, PFA, ETFE or Zytel. The braiding is made of a single or double layer of stainless steel, with an additional Kevlar braid and PTFE foil for extreme pressures. The PTFE inner hose can be supplied in two variants, smooth and corrugated. The stainless steel high-pressure hoses consist of a stainless steel parallel corrugated inner hose with a single or double braid. For protection or identification, the hoses can be provided with a plastic outer jacket.
