POLYGON offers various products under the name POLYQUEST® to prevent the formation of incrustations and, as they sequester metal ions, also protect products from corrosion and ensure their stability. Many of the products are based on classical as well as oligomeric derivatives of phosphonic acids, all of which are characterised by a threshold effect. However, phosphorus-free products can also be found, as well as powders and granules.

POLYGON offers various products to dissolve poorly soluble substances and to produce stable emulsions. In terms of chemistry, it is a wide range that includes amphoteric surfactants (from high foaming to low foaming), phosphoric acid esters and alkyl polyglucosides (APGs). POLYGON PC-415 is an odourless universal solvent, fully miscible with water and with virtually all organic substance groups.

POLYGON offers various surfactants (surface-active substances/surfactants) which differ in their foaming behaviour (strong to weak foaming), the recommended pH application range and in their ionogenicity (anionic, cationic, amphoteric, non-ionogenic, also fluorosurfactants). The product portfolio also includes surfactant mixtures and alkylpolyglucosides, which are particularly aimed at a “green” clientele oriented towards eco-labels. In terms of application, the products are suitable for cleaners in the household as well as for professional and industrial use. Degreasers are a particular speciality.
