Polylok`s threaded septic tank inserts are precision die-cast of zinc alloy with excellent resistance to atmospheric conditions. These septic tank inserts are specifically suited for use in precast concrete elements and these septic tank inserts can be quickly and easily secured to the form. Polylok septic tank inserts are excellent for securing machinery and equipment, for suspending piping and supporting railing/poles.

Polylok`s Rebar Safety Caps provide the protection you need from protruding rebar at your construction and precast sites. They can be used to protect employees and equipment from exposed rebar, pipe, and anchor bolts. These high-quality caps are brilliant orange for excellent visibility, and fit #3 - #8 rebar. These caps provide greater protection than the Rebar Scratch Caps, but are not intended to prevent impalement.

Polylok`s 24" IPEX to 24" IPEX pipe adapter is ideal for retrofitting existing septic tanks. Use Polylok`s pro-grade adhesive/ sealant (PL-E6100) for a simple and secure installation. Our 24" IPEX adapter ring is made of virgin high density polyethylene.

The PL-E6100 is a unique NON-SAG non-flammable industrial adhesive formulated to meet high-performance requirements. It permanently adheres to more surfaces than virtually any other adhesive, providing exceptional adhesion to wood, metal, glass fiberglass, ceramics, masonry, concrete, asphalt, leather, rubber, PVC, neoprene, vinyl and many plastics. This NON-SAG formula will not drip or run and is highly recommended for use in applications requiring vertical hold. PL-E6100 maintains its flexible bond in extreme cold temperatures, will not crack or become brittle and is excellent for bonding items subject to vibration.

Polylok`s 24" IPEX cast-in tank adapter ring is ideal for casting into tanks to accept 24" IPEX pipe. The 24" IPEX cast-in adapter ring will not only create a tight connection to 24" IPEX pipe but will also accept 24" corrugated pipe making it a versatile choice among Precasters. Use Polylok`s pro-grade adhesive/ sealant (PL-E6100) for a simple and secure installation. Our 24" IPEX cast-in tank adapter ring is made of ABS plastic.
