The Pomac hygienic truck pumps range comprises a series of special versions of CP, CP/ZA and ZA stainless steel hygienic pumps, the IP impeller pump and the PLP lobe pump, all suited for mounting in trucks. They are hydraulically driven, but can also be supplied with an electric drive. The ZA self-priming liquid ring pumps are specially made for liquids that contain air or gas. Depending on the application range, but always compliant with the hygienic standards, the ZA-IGH-line can be executed with several options: Mechanical seal types and materials, O-ring materials, Pump connections

The SP-LR self-priming liquid ring pumps are specially designed for pumping liquids with a high air or gas content. An excellent example of this are CIP-Return applications in the food-, dairy-, beverage- and pharmaceutical industry.

Pomac PLP lobe pumps are designed to achieve maximum pump performance combined with minimal product damage. Specific attention is paid to the bearing construction and the rigidity of the shaft. The design is kept as compact as possible while the lobe displacement volume is optimised. This makes the PLP range suitable for high working pressure up to 15 bar. The application range consist of capacities up to 110 m³/h.

Pomac PLP-G gear pumps are designed to achieve maximum pump performance combined with minimal product damage. Specific attention is paid to the bearing construction and the rigidity of the shaft. The design is kept as compact as possible while the lobe displacement volume is optimised. This makes the PLP-G range suitable for high working pressure up to 15 bar. The application range consist of capacities up to 15 m³/h. The entire pump section as well as the gearbox is made out of stainless steel. The pump can be easily cleaned. The distinctive `front pull out` mechanical seals ensure easy maintenance. The possibility to mount the pump horizontally as well as vertically makes it universally applicable.

The Pomac PICP series is a horizontal single-stage volute centrifugal pump. The pump is extremely suited for industrial and chemical applications. De heavy duty, cast PICP contains an integrated drain and pump feet. The design is based on the so called `back pull-out system`. This means the pump housing can remain fixed to the piping when performing maintenance. The dimensions of the PICP centrifugal pump comply with ISO 2858. The pump itself is constructed according to the ISO 5199 norm.

The CPC-HD is the high pressure version of the CPC-line. This pump is desigend for booster pump applications with an inlet pressure up to 50 bar. The CPC-HD line is designed for applications in the pharmaceutical and food industry, with a strong focus on optimal cleanability, efficiency, low maintenance costs and a simple (dis)assembly. The stainless steel PSVP defoaming pumps are capable of pumping foaming slurries during the starch production process. A special internal contruction enables transporting slurries containing air or foam. First the liquid is de-aired and defoamed in the so-called defoaming compartment. Subsequently, the liquid enters the pump casing via guide-blades where it is pumped away. If the liquid contains fibres as well as foam, a spiral screw can be fitted onto the product impeller.
