Pumps series NTC are exactly what you need for your rain irrigation system. Connection is performed directly to the motors of 45 to 180 HP – 33 to 130 KW. The various pump models and the wide range of graduated ratios allow users to match the right fitting to every type of motor.

It is suitable to pump both bovine/pig slurry and biogas (digestate treatment), and it could be installed on fixed equipment and self-propelled sprinklers, where medium/high heads are required. The pump is outfit of a oil-bath gear multiplier, with impeller shaft supported by roller-type cone-shaped bearing; electrowelded support and suction structure; spheroidal cast iron hydraulic unit. The shaft rotor has the chromium-plated seal only in the working area; the seal is of lubricated mechanic and rotating type. 3 or 6 paddled open impeller. The NTC series has also been designed to be installed on endothermic motors.

Our multipliers/reduction gears are made of a cast iron box and a pair of hardened and cemented cylindrical gears installed on taper roller or ball bearing at high resistance. Gears are oil-bath cooled, anyhow inside the multiplier/reduction an ancillary water cooling system gear is also provided. The transmission input/output shafts could be both smooth or splined. Ferrari multipliers/reduction gears are suitable  for tractor’s power takeoff of 60 to 120 HP – 43 to 87 KW.
