PVBI CARTRIDGE FILTER HOUSINGS - FOR PARTICULATE CONTROL APPLICATIONS WITH FLOWRATES UPTO 200 CUBIC METRES PER HOUR

PVI Industrial cartridge filter housings range is suitable for small through to larger scale liquid filtration applications in process water, chemicals and building services applications. The PVI range is designed for new liquid filter applications that aim to remove particulate from liquid streams to protect processes or act as guard filters to processes such as deionization or softening that might add particulate contamination. The PVI range is combined with cartridges from the Porefilter prefiltration range – PurePore PP or GF, ClearPore Depth, Carbon and CleanPore St.St. – in new applications. Typically used for liquid flow rates between 1 to 200 m3/hr, although duplexing or triplex-ing is possible to extend the flow rate range, and operating pressures up to 10 bar. As standard these housings except industry standard DOE cartridges filters.

PVBI BAG FILTER HOUSINGS - BAG FILTER HOUSINGS FOR ALL INDUSTRIAL APPLICATIONS

PVBI housings for all new applications using bag or mesh filters in industrial, process water, paints, coolants and washing applications. The PVBI range is designed for new liquid bag filter applications that aim to remove and control particulate contamination in solutions or liquids that are entering an end users process. The PVBI is a flexible assembly that optionally can be fitted magnet assemblies for the removal of particulate, such as swarf and pipework rust. Typically used for liquid flow rates between 5 to 100 m3/hr in simplex operation, operating pressures to 10 bar, although duplexing or triplex-ing is possible to extend flow rate range. The PVBI housing will accept all industry standard length bag filters.

PUREPORE PLEATED DEPTH FILTERS - REPLACEMENT CARTRIDGES FOR EXISTING APPLICATIONS IN FOOD&BEVERAGE, WATER & INDUSTRIAL APPLICATIONS

PurePore PP & GF pleated depth filters are ranges of absolute rated (99.98%) high performance, pleated cartridge made from polypropylene melt blown and glass fibre filter medias. Used for critical clarification and prefiltration duties of a wide range of liquid products in food & beverage, fine chemicals, water treatment, healthcare, and industrial applications. PolyPure PP's all-polypropylene construction provides excellent and wide-ranging chemical compatibility with aggressive and viscous chemicals including solvents, acids, and bases. PurePore GF will provide the highest dirt holding capacity and longest service life in aqueous applications. PurePore GF offers an alternative in applications where PolyPore PP struggles to offer sufficient service life.

CLEARPORE DEPTH FILTERS - REPALCEMENT FILTERS IN EXISTING INDUSTRIAL AND FOOD & BEVERAGE APPLICATIONS

ClearPore Depth filter range consists of nominal and absolute rated polypropylene and polyester spun depth filter that ensure particulate removal when liquids contain contamination across a wide size range. They are made from 100% polypropylene or polyester melt blown fibers that offer both broad chemical compatibility and economic filtration for numerous industrial and process applications. ClearPore depth filters are manufactured with an internal core as this enables the depth media to be constructed to enable far higher dirt holding capacity to provide the longest possible service life.

CLEANPORE CARBON - REPLACEMENT CARBON CARTRIDGES TO REMOVE RESIDUAL DISINFECTANTS AND ORGANI CONTENT THAT IMPACTS COLOUR AND TASTE OF WATER

Widely used and favoured for drinking water treatment and beverage production where chloramines are not present; the SCB is formulated from low ash content, microporous coconut carbon that targets VOCs and THMs. Acid wash during the production process and low fine content give excellent rinse-up times as well as regulating pH and taste. The CleanPore Carbon also gives improved flowrate and lower pressure drop than the PCB, reducing the size of the housing required, making it a firm favourite for drinking water, pre-RO and applications where end product consumption is a consideration.
