Today the sector regarding the production of granulator blades represents the core business of the company; these blades are usually used in the size reduction process of production waste (thermoforming, molding, injection, extrusion).

This kind of blades is used for the pelletizing of the extruded plastic, we build rotor blades, blades for underwater cutting and for dry cutting. Various types of plastic can be cut: PE, PP, PVC, PET, PS, glass fiber, etc.

Our blades are also used for the cutting of various types of plastic materials for packaging, it is important in this area to assure an excellent wear resistance to restrict downtime.

Dual and four shaft shredders are used in size reduction processes, in particular these machines treat: tyres, WEEE, plastic, wood, metals, electric cables, paper and cartoon, etc. Hardened steel disks are used in the shredders, they can have one or more teeth in realtion with the material to cut.

In these machines various type of rotor plates are used (they have different geometries and shapes), the plates work with counter blades to ensure the cutting of any material introduced.

These blades are frequently used in the recycling industry for metal scraps recovery, but also for demolitions.

Blades used in siderurgic area to cut extruded or rolled products, in case of extruded products the blades work at high temperatures instead in the rolled case the temperatures are lower.

Trimmer blades and paper knives can be supplied, various brands and sizes era available. Blades are built with: standard steel, chrome steel, HSS. HSS-Plus, standard Tungsten Carbide HM, HM Superior.
