To reduce workforce back injuries this 4 tonnes capacity double horizontal scissor lift table is used to raise the load to an ergonomically correct height for onward handling.(Great platform lift to help your staff in various industries). This 6 tonne unit (type EH60-165ADCN) is used for feeding long, heavy items into an automated process line. The double horizontal scissor lift has greasable bearing bushes and chrome plated main axle and cylinder bolts.

A specially built 1,200Kg capacity lift table with powered roller track. It is made for the food industry from EN 1.4301 stainless steel (normal stainless steel 18/8). An E12-125YSS special built lift table made from EN 1.4301 stainless steel with specially painted cylinders and chrome plated stainless steel rods. The lift control is by foot switch.

For Euro-pallets | Pit not necessary | For light duty use. Above: an SEL10-80 down rated to 700Kgs for an eccentric load. The ramp supplied allows for Euro-pallet loading by pallet lifter. The low closed range is also supplied as a `U` shaped platform which allows the pallet lifter and manual pump truck forks between the scissor arms with no need for the ramp. The power pack is remote.

Pallet Stacker is the general term used to describe a piece of lifting equipment that you can find in most businesses and warehouses. More versatile than a hand pallet truck but not quite as useful as a forklift truck they can be an economical avenue to increasing storage capacity without the capital outlay normally associated with their larger brethren. Pallet stackers can also be described as stacker trucks, stacking trucks, manual stackers, semi electric stackers, straddle stackers and powered counterbalanced reach stackers. They always have the same original raison d’etre which is to lift a load to a given lift height with a view to placing it for storage either in block stacking, pallet stacking or placement on a mezzanine floor. Stackers may also be used in work positioning applications where clients may wish to place a product on a work bench or simply suspend it at a specific height in able to assist operatives combating the manual handling regulations.
