Our new state of the art culvert manufacturing equipment is the latest in the industry and produces perfect pipe day in and day out in a range of diameters from 300mm to 3600mm. Different material thicknesses ranging from 1.6mm (16 gauge) to  3.5mm (10 gauge) are standard with a 68 x 13 pipe corrugation profile.

Prairie Steel specializes in large diameter culverts up to a size of 3600mm diameter and in a heavy corrugated profile of 125 x 25. Material thicknesses come in wide range from 2.0 mm (14 gauge) all the way up to 3.5 mm (10 gauge) thickness.

Plastic pipe is made from high density polyethylene to meet ASTM and AASHTO standards. We stock plastic pipe in a range of diameters including 12”, 15”, 18”, 24”, 30” and 36” that are in 20 foot lengths.

Woven geotextiles is a low cost way to stabilize sub grade soils and maintain a separation in the construction of roads and also parking lots. It is used to separate the fill soils from the soft soils and to provide roads in soft soils such as muskeg, peat and other soft areas. It will resist rutting in parking lots, driveways and access roads.

Nonwoven geotextiles provide excellent water flow properties for drainage and other applications while maintaining soil separation at an economical price. It has consistent filtration properties and prevents the loss of soil fines when wrapped around drains.
