PreciGenome NanoGenerator™ is a high-performance instrument for nanoparticle synthesis such as lipid nanoparticles(LNP), liposomes, PLGA, etc. NanoGenerator™ generates nanoparticles with better uniformity in size and smaller PDI. It is scalable from 0.1 mL/sample screening up to 1L (>10L with custom design) large volume GMP production. Nanoparticles, especially lipid nanoparticles, have shown great potential for biomedical applications in a variety of fields such as pharmaceutical industries like drug delivery, mRNA vaccines, and biosensing because of its excellent properties. The lipid nanoparticles, liposomes, and PLGA are the most commonly used biodegradable materials for the delivery of both hydrophilic and hydrophobic compounds.

Microfluidic pump is a tool with the capability of accurately manipulating fluid in minute volume below the microliter/nanoliter range. Usually, a microfluidic pump includes a micropump and a pressure or flow controller in the same device. Our iFlow Touch™ microfluidic pump system is a highly integrated pressure/flow control system controller providing pulse-free precise positive & negative pressure, integrated UI software with touch screen and integrated ports for direct control of rotary valves, pinch valves, isolation valve. Stable constant flow rates can be set and controlled when used in conjunction with external liquid flow sensors. The microfluidic pressure pump system operates in a wide range with fast response time and accuracy.
High Precision Pressure / Flow Controller
A pressure controller is an electrical device that regulates the input pressure to the desired value at its output. The pressure controller can be an integral device with an output pressure setting, a restricting element and a pressure sensor all in the one part. Or it can consist of separate elements in different parts. iFlow Light™ pressure/flow controller provides pulse-free precise positive and negative pneumatic pressure or flow. It`s capable of providing a pressure or a gas flow based on a supply pressure quickly and automatically. Meanwhile, it offers high accuracy and control stability of the output pressure/flow. Stable constant liquid flow rates can be set and controlled when used in conjunction with external liquid flow sensors. The pressure controller operates in a wide range (-10 to 60psi) with fast response time and accuracy. The pressure controllers are available with absolute, gauge or differential pressure sensors.
