Model 8-02-50 is the twin-rotor rotary shear derived from the well-known model 15-02-50. This model allows you to cut light vehicles, as well as pre-cut PL tires. It uses the same cutting system as the 15-02 shredder and therefore makes it possible to benefit from all its advantages (cutting quality, robustness, optimized design, etc.) for smaller volumes or the shredding of a 100% LV deposit. . In some cases it is also used as a secondary shredder in series with a 16-02 or 17-02 type primary shredder.

The 14-02 model is a twin-rotor shredder available with different blade configurations (number of teeth, width, material, etc.). It is used for reducing the volumes of various incoming products: bulky items, industrial waste, car scrap tires, debeaded truck tires.

Our model 15-02-50 is available in a mobile version. It makes it possible to assemble on a trailer: the same shredder as in the compact stationary versions (2×110 kW), a feeder, a disc classifier, a feeding belt, an output belt and the recirculation system. That allows us to offer a complete set of production of calibrated and homogeneous tire chips, easily movable.

Our model 16-02-100 is available in a mobile version. It allows us to assemble on a trailer: a 16-02-100×1200 (2 × 37 kW) shredder, a feeder, a feed belt and an output belt as well as its own generator. This makes it possible to offer a complete set for the reduction of the volume of whole tires, easily movable and autonomous.

The RSP500 rasper is a secondary shredder for producing 0-30mm chiprs from pre-shredded scrap tires. Its operation allows the separation of most of the steel contained in the tires. The specificity of the RSP500 is to have 2 rows of fixed knives, which makes it possible to use the 2 sides of the mobile knives without dismantling by simply reversing the direction of rotation.

The 40-02-45 crusher is a large capacity twin-rotor primary crusher. It is suitable for primary food waste grinding applications (animal by-products, including unskinned whole carcasses of cattle or sheep, frozen: meat or fish blocks).
