With our ultra-accurate precision bore (PB) shrinking process, our glass and quartz tubing meets your most stringent inner diameter (ID) requirements. As a result, we produce inner diameters ranging from 0.011” to 10” and meet tolerances of +/- .02% on more than 140 spindles available. In addition, PEG accommodates prototype to production quantities in a vast range of shapes and sizes. Therefore, PEG is well-positioned to manufacture for your unique needs.

Ultra-accurate grinding and polishing of cylindrical glass and quartz are a specialty of Precision Electronic Glass. Likewise, our capabilities include concentric grinding: steps/shoulders and contour/profile grinding while holding stringent concentricity/parallelism specifications and demanding outside diameter (OD) tolerances.

Laser engraving is critical for branding and traceability needs. In order to meet compliance requirements and more, PEG specializes in laser engraving logos and/or serial numbers on quartz. In addition, we engrave on a variety of metals, and engineered plastics.
