Hydro-Pac - Factory Built Water Booster Station

Precision Systems has been manufacturing its Hydro-Pac factory built water booster station for over 20 years. Precision Systems mounts, plumbs, and wires all the components for your water booster station on a fabricated steel base. This skid can then be enclosed with a housing that meets your needs for aesthetics, cost, and durability or shipped as a skid for incorporation into a larger building. Arriving at the job site complete, the Hydro-Pac requires only connection of the suction and discharge piping and main power supply to be put into operation. The Hydro-Pac is a simple cost effective solution to your water distribution needs.

Twin Pac - Wastewater Pump Station

Precision Systems developed the turn key solution for your next wastewater pump station, the Twin-Pac, over 20 years ago. Built and tested on our production floor by trained assemblers, the Twin-Pac eliminates the costly hassles and untimely delays of non-integrated site built pump stations. A complete pump station delivered on a truck ready to be lifted off, set on a pad, wired and turned on. It is not uncommon for Twin-Pac’s to be operational within 2 to 3 days of delivery. With various enclosure styles to meet any customers’ needs for aesthetics or price, the Twin-Pac is the right choice for your next pump station.

Valve Pac - Valve Vault for Submersible Waste Water Pump Stations

The Valve-Pac is a factory built packaged valve vault for a submersible waste water pump station. It is an ideal way to reduce field installation time and expense at a waste water pump station. The Valve-Pac also significantly reduces the footprint of a pump station by locating the valves next to the wet well rather then in a separate confined space entry valve pit. Arriving at the job site as a complete assembled unit, the Valve-Pac is suitable for new pump stations and ideal for retrofit applications with limited time off line. Aera Vent - Self Contained Aeration and Ventilation Machine

Precision Systems developed this self contained aeration and/or ventilation machine to prevent the onset of septicity and combat the build up of hazardous and noxious gases within a pump station’s wet well. Three different models are available: Aeration only, Ventilation only, or Aeration and Ventilation combined. The machine is ideal for new wet wells where flow rates are below their design flow and retention times within the wet well are extended. The operation of the Aera-Vent is automatic and is controlled by the pump control panel. It is a simple machine for a difficult problem within today’s waste water collection systems.

Fiberglass Clam Shell Enclosure for Water Monitoring

The Storm Box is a clam shell enclosure that was designed to house all of the components required for a remote water monitoring/sampling project. Placing the expensive water monitoring in a pad-lockable out of sight out of mind enclosure helps ensure the safety of this equipment and ensure that monitoring is done correctly the first time. The enclosure is manufactured in molded fiberglass to maximize the life of the enclosure and reduce its weight.

Odor-Pac - Waste Water Wet Well Odor

The Odor-Pac is a simple inexpensive solution to the problem of waste water wet well odor. It is a passive collection system mounted on the wet well vent that contains no moving parts and requires no electrical connections. Disguised to appear like a typical control panel at a lift station, the Odor-Pac is the first best alternative to odor control at typical waste water pump stations.

Porta Con - Emergency Bypass Pump Coupling System

Precision Systems developed the Porta-Con with the end user in mind. It is a quick connection cam lock fitting contained in a lockable aluminum box. Mounted flush on the top of a pump station, the Porta-Con allows the quick connection of a bypass pump station during any type of emergency. It is available in either 300 psf or H-20 loading configurations.
