Our 47 mm sample cup line includes our popular SC-8047 and SC-4547 products, which are single open-ended cups that are suitable for Horiba, XOS® and other XRF analyzers requiring large aperture masks. These XRF consumables feature a thermoplastic ventable recessed seal for venting/pressure equalization. The SC-8047 sample cup is made of a special blended polymer. All sample cups are made in the USA.

CAPCELLS® - Model 2000 Series - SC-2132 - Single Open Ended with Push to Vent “PTV” Cap

Introducing CAPCELLS® 2000 Series with Push to Vent Feature for XRF Liquid Sample Preparation. CAPCELLS® 2000 series incorporates a single open ended design for an easy, spill-free, one hand fill. After filling and securing the film with the newly styled ergonomic outer member, secure the integral hinged cap to complete assembly and prevent spillage. The patent-pending Push to Vent (PTV) cap also includes a protrusion which may be selectively depressed to easily vent the sample cup at the operator's discretion.
