Bolted tanks are economical solutions to store large volumes up to 5M gallon tanks.  Our Epoxy coated carbon steel bolted tanks offer the least expensive lifetime solution.  Our flat panel design provides a smooth interior wall surface preventing seam leaks.  The thermal fused coating ensures long lasting corrosion resistance. Tanks are field-erected, which minimizes shipping and allows for large volumes.

PPE provides smaller Stainless-steel shop tanks to large Stainless-Steel Flat Panel Large Bolted tanks or Large Ground Storage welded tanks holding volumes up to 5M gallons in 304 or 316 stainless options.  Stainless steel tanks do not require coatings, and are long lasting, durable, maintenance free options.

The American Petroleum Institute (API) sets a uniform standard of material, dimensions, design, and testing for this type shop-fabricated steel tank to ensure They are the most utilized solution for the oil and gas industry for all your atmospheric storage needs.  All tanks are manufactured to API 12F specifications with high quality control and assurance standards. We offer 100bbl – 1000bbl capacities with customized options available.

UL 142 is the standard for steel above ground tanks storing flammable and combustible liquids.  We provide single walled, double walled, horizontal and vertical options.  Our UL 142 tanks are used commonly on construction sites, farms, ranches, vehicle service centers for durable and economical storage for all hazardous and non-hazardous and flammable and combustible fluids.
