PRO-Equipment ROTODRUM Pressure Sieve Filters are high capacity design and are used for processing high water flows containing discrete particulate contaminants. The PRO-VEYOR Screw Conveyor is a device designed for transporting sludge and screenings alike of 1 – 100 mm in size. The equipment employs a shaftless spiral or a helix screw to displace mass particles in a closed or partially closed trough, in a straight direction, from hopper to the discharge point. The screw conveyor is typically used to convey industrial materials or waste water treatment screenings. In waste water applications, the screw conveyor is frequently used with bar screens and screenings compactors for additional screenings converyance.

The PRO-PACTOR/PRO-VEYOR hydraulic compactor/conveyor is designed to dewater and compact screenings from a bar screen and to transport the screenings to a container after they have been washed in the hopper. It is used mainly in sewage treatment plants to reduce the amount of free water and organic substances in screenings and to make it more compact for transportation and disposal. The hydraulic compactor is capable of transporting screenings to higher elevations and a greater distance than screw compactors.

The PEI PRO-GUARD Screw Screen is typically used in smaller waste treatment facilities (1-10 MGD) to remove larger solids from raw wastewater before further treatment. This screen serves the same function as a standard bar screenwith finer openings. It further washes and dewaters the screenings, all in a single unit operation.
