The WK Box Tipper is a single hydraulic cylinder tipper designed for unloading of pallet containers. The working elements can be easily adjusted to various dimensions of pallet containers. It is suitable to be loaded with a forklift truck or pallet truck. The WK Pallet Container Tipper can be equipped with full floor and remote control.

The WDL Stone Separator offers mechanical removal of stones using a whirlpool as the working medium. The produce cleaned of stones and clods of earth is transported for further processing on the main belt conveyor, while the waste material is taken away on the auxiliary belt. The WDL Destoner is equipped with a central lubrication system - the steel rod conveyor is immersed in a pool and works on rolls mounted in bearing sets which are lubricated through coil pipes. Lubrication is provided from one point - an oil feeder mounted in a convenient place. Automatic control of the machine is provided by a sensor and an electric deluge valve keeping water in the working chamber at the required level. Working cycle of the sluice valve is adjustable. An external source of compressed air is required.

The MB and MBL washers feature an active brush roll unit Ø200mm (powered by a motoreducer) and a brush lining mounted in the barrel.

The PTS Belt Inspection Tables are designed to enhance the process of manual removal of waste material, unmarketable product etc. from a batch of root vegetables before packing. The waste material can be discarded into a special channel (side or middle), side pockets (additional waste material conveyor required) or boxes placed next to the work places.

The PT Belt Conveyors allow transportation and manual selection of crop. The conveyor belts are made from PVC and are fitted with side guides. They can operate in two modes: flat or roller. The PT Belt Conveyors are custom-made to the parameters specified in the order (working width, length and height, belt speed, construction materials etc.).

Dosing elevator combined with the frame of a cascade filler. Big-bag fixing on a spring assembly that can be adjusted to the desired height. The filling process is controlled by a set of sensors - after reaching the set value, the process is terminated to be resumed by the operator after the big-bag is replaced.
