The PROCECO Éco-Smart^® mechanical vapor-recompression evaporator system is a low-energy evaporation method that generates a high-quality distillate ready to be re-used. The Éco-Smart^® MVR does not use an electric, gas or steam heat source to generate the distillate; this makes it a more environmentally friendly and cost-effective alternative to conventional wastewater concentration technologies. PROCECO Éco-Smart^® MVR evaporators are at their best when evaporating large quantities of dilute solutions, such as the rinse water that is common to surface treatment, aqueous parts washing, liquid penetrant inspection or die casting. In most cases, the distillate meets or exceeds process water purity requirements and can be re-used without further treatment.

PROCECO belt conveyor parts washers are ideal for cleaning parts automatically in a continuous process. Based on a modular approach to provide greater flexibility, conveyor parts washers are designed in single- and multi-stage configurations to spray clean parts and perform any additional processes if required. Each PROCECO parts washer can be easily customized by adding various pre-engineered options to enhance system performance and meet all of your cleaning specifications and requirements.

Designed to degrease, blast clean, aqueous clean, and rust inhibit in one system – with no additional or complementary process equipment required – the PROCECO Tumbler Slurry Blaster is the ultimate metal component blast cleaning process. The PROCECO Tumbler Slurry Blaster automatically processes batches of parts of various sizes loaded on the barrel work mill. The barrel mill tumbles the parts to expose all surfaces to the cleaning solution and the accelerated abrasive slurry. A programmable controller monitors the process and allows for selection of pre-programmed cycle times for any of the components to be cleaned.

PROCECO TYPHOON®-PC parts washer models are designed for aqueous cleaning and degreasing of small- to medium-size workpieces. Larger parts are placed directly on the cabinet-mounted, non-retractable turntable, while small parts are batch-loaded into baskets to be processed. This front-loading industrial parts washer combines pressure, heat and an aqueous cleaning solution to clean and degrease your parts in minutes. PC parts washers also feature a large-volume solution tank, which reduces the likelihood of foaming by reducing agitation through pumping action, and also helps to settle contamination. The PC requires limited floor space and is ideally suited to lean manufacturing cells or maintenance and repair centers.

PROCECO TYPHOON^®-HD heavy-duty turntable parts washers are designed to clean large parts placed directly on a swing-out turntable or batches of small parts loaded in baskets. Our heavy-duty industrial parts washers combine pressure, heat, and an aqueous cleaning solution to clean and degrease parts to your specification within minutes – ideal for cleaning in manufacturing, maintenance, and remanufacturing applications. In addition to parts cleaning, the TYPHOON^®-HD heavy-duty parts washer can also be engineered for sprayed surface-treat processes such as phosphating and passivation.

PROCECO TYPHOON-FTT turntable spray cabinet washers are designed to clean large parts placed directly a non-retractable turntable located inside the cleaning cabinet. A large guillotine door provides easy access for loading and unloading of parts. The FTT spray washer can also be equipped with a sliding door at each end for flow-through operations. This heavy-duty industrial parts washer combines pressure, heat and an aqueous cleaning solution to clean and degrease parts to your specification within minutes – ideal for in-process and final cleaning in manufacturing, maintenance, and remanufacturing applications.

The PROCECO TYPHOON^®-RCP is a batch-type power-spray heavy-duty parts washer designed to clean large, heavy workpieces while taking up minimal floor space. The TYPHOON^®-RCP heavy-duty parts washer`s typical applications include cleaning of die, heavy machinery hydraulic components, and diesel engine blocks. The double sliding doors provide wide access for easy top loading with a hoist or front loading with a forklift. PROCECO cleaning technology uses environmentally friendly, water-based cleaning solutions instead of harmful solvents. The cleaning process of this heavy-duty parts washer consists of a wash stage using a continuously recirculated, hot-water cleaning solution containing a low detergent concentration (between 2% and 5%). A spray manifold surrounding all four sides of the stationary workpiece power sprays the cleaning solution and travels back and forth across the entire length of the part, ensuring complete coverage of all surfaces. 

The PROCECO TYPHOON^®-AWW aircraft wheel cleaning system is designed to clean up to 30 aircraft wheel hubs of any size in an 8-hour shift (1 wheel every 16 minutes). This unique parts washer complies with environmental regulations and uses the latest aqueous, solvent-free, cleaning technology to remove grease, rubber residues, dirt, and brake dust from wheel hubs prior to their inspection or overhaul.

The TYPHOON^®-OCW incorporates a powered monorail overhead conveyor to move parts through each process. The machine design saves floor space by hanging long parts from the conveyor vertically rather than conveying them horizontally. The PROCECO TYPHOON^®-OCW monorail industrial parts washer can be engineered for parts cleaning, surface pre-treatment, and treatment processes such as phosphating and Lubrite^®. Because of PROCECO`s modular design approach, various standard modules can be added together to create a multi-stage process.
