The VISCOpro 2000 viscometer offers menu-driven electronics to drive and interpret Cambridge Viscosity’s high-quality in-line and in-tank sensors. Powerful yet easy to use, the VISCOpro 2000 provides viscosity, temperature, temperature-compensated viscosity, and optional density readings on an enhanced visual display panel. The VISCOpro 1600 digital viscometer is a compact workhorse instrument for applications where minimal operator involvement is desired. This digital viscometer features built-in optional LCD display with readout in centipoise, cSt, or SSU for monitoring of critical fluid conditions. It also can be connected to a PLC controller for seamless integration into a proprietary data management system. The unit’s sensor and electronics are encased in an explosion-proof housing for durability and reliability. Wide choice of sensors. ATEX and FM options.

The VISCOlab 4000 measures fluids in all viscosity ranges at ambient temperatures, assuring consistent and repeatable viscosity measurements. An optional jacket is available for temperature control with a re- circulating bath, enabling accurate viscosity measurements from -40°C to +110°C. In addition to the sensor, sophisticated electronics provides users with substantial flexibility, including specifying temperature and viscosity display units, the data averaging interval, and control characteristics. Optional real-time density measurement enables real-time kinematic viscosity readings in addition to the system’s standard absolute viscosity measurements. The VISCOlab 4000 incorporates a serial interface to make it easy to output data to a PC or an optional thermal printer.

The VISCOlab 3000 viscometer is the ideal choice for R&D, QC labs or measuring oil viscosity for VI Index. No separate, bulky, slow- responding water bath system is required. The VISCOlab 3000 is a temperature controlled viscometer that incorporates an integrated heater that allows this precision viscometer to accurately deliver measurements at user-defined temperatures from slightly above ambient to 356°F (180°C). Further, the temperature range of this temperature controlled viscometer can be extended to -40°C with the optional cooling jacket coupled with an appropriate cooling bath. The sensor is easily field-calibrated and supports any of 13 different viscosity ranges from 0.2-20,000cP (cSt), with up to 40 distinct temperature/ viscosity calibrations.

The VISCOlab 5000 features the smallest sample size requirement for any automated viscosity measurement system available: only 75 μl (microlitres)! This laboratory viscometer is ideal for biotech and pharmaceutical drug discovery and delivery, and research applications where sample volume is limited. The VISCOlab 5000 provides accurate and reliable results quickly and cost- effectively. The small lab viscometer incorporates an imbedded Peltier™ cell to digitally maintain the desired test temperature. No temperature-control fluids or large bath apparatus is required.
