Infrared Temperature Measurement - IR Temperature Sensors
Transfer Standard Diadem Pyrometer Series
The precision and long term stability of the Diadem is not only used to maintain laboratory calibration standards but also used for difficult measurement tasks in demanding laboratory / R&D environments. To achieve pinpoint accuracy, all Diadem components which may have interference onto signal processing are separated and contained in the external power supply housing.
Highly Advanced, Full Featured Pyrometer Series
The high-performance Process Sensors Metis M3 Series pyrometers are available in one-color and two-color versions with adjustable focus, through lens, laser, or video sighting optics. Temperature ranges from 50°C to 3300°C. Comes with an on-board temperature menu display. Fiber optics for high temperature ambient conditions are available. Ethernet output is also available.
Infrared Temperature Measurement - Thermal Imaging Camera Systems
PSC Surveyor Series Thermal Imaging Cameras
The Process Sensors Corporation (PSC) Surveryor camera series offers a comprehensive range of imaging and line scanning camera systems to continuously monitor and control industrial processes. These state of the art camera systems provide real-time thermography with an astonishing 128 Hz frame rate. The systems can be remotely triggered to respond to fast occurring events, initiating alarms, outputs or capturing and recording data to a network for later retrieval and analysis. In addition, the Surveyor camera series can be switched in the field to a line scanner mode, which allows the camera to perform as a line scan camera. These unique products are also applied to laboratory and R&D applications covering an overall temperature span from -20°C to 1800°C.
IMMS MoldMinder System
Industrial injection molded part presses have a high risk factor of experiencing critical damage due to molded parts sticking within the mold cavities. If the mold is allowed to close before all the parts are ejected, serious damage to the mold surfaces can occur. The Process Sensors Model PSC-400 IMMS MoldMinder Thermal Imaging Camera System views and identifies parts that are retained in the mold. The smart logic system (SLS) sends a signal to the mold machine to activate the mold ejection pins until all the molded parts are ejected and then signals the mold to close. If the parts remain stuck, the PSC-400 IMMS keeps the mold open and provides an alarm for an operator`s assistance.
