The SK 400 process monitoring terminal is a very cost efficient yet high-performing system for monitoring cold forming machinery using up to 16 sensors. Fully automatic enveloping routines are applied to offer perfect monitoring results for machines including: Cold headers, thread Rollers, Stamping Presses, Other Types of Machines. A variety of different analysis tools are available so the SK 400 can be customized to suit your specific needs. The IMPAX TSS-8 offers downtime analysis and production monitoring in an easy-to-use touch screen system. The TSS-8 automatically collects information on production totals, machine efficiency, and accumulated machine uptime and downtime. All occurrences of downtime, and the corresponding reasons, are tracked and archived. This system is available in a vivid color 8" touch screen display, either mounted in a NEMA-rated enclosure, or flush mounted into a control panel.
