ProChem`s CWP (Continuous Flow Wastewater Treatment System) and BWP (Batch Wastewater Treatment System) systems are designed to bring discharge permit compliance to high-volume dischargers and for complex or variable wastestreams. These systems are controlled with a high-degree of automation and remote monitoring technology, complete with alerts to mitigate events and prevent downtime in production. Both the CWP and BWP are available with multiple system and sizing options. They are ideal for industrial process wastewater prior to discharge or reuse, pH adjustment, metals removal, and solids removal.

Removing metals from industrial wastewater can be expensive and difficult to manage. ProChem’s Metaloc ion-exchange system makes metals removal affordable and simple to manage. This process utilizes ion-exchange technology to selectively target the metals in the wastewater it treats. Each Metaloc system is designed according to each customer’s unique water makeup. The first step is atreatability test, so we can determine which ion-exchange resins, flow rates, and configurations will work best in your facility. These systems are also available as a portable exchange deionization program (PEDI).

KLeeNwater is a total water management strategy that utilizes ProChem’s various technologies to achieve ELG compliance for coal fired power plants and water reuse for combined cycle facilities. Total water management means we provide every aspect of the system, including water analysis, system design and integration, chemicals and consumables, and operational services. Each KLeeNwater system is custom-tailored to the solution specific to the customer’s needs. It is ideal for decreasing the load on evaporators at combined cycle facilities, flue gas scrubber wastewater treatment, and ash pond water reduction
