Dosage weigher is used to prepare the ingredients in the feed according to the receipt. Dosage weigher weighs each ingredient by the help of load cells, when the weight of ingredient reaches to the set value, it stops the dosing conveyor of that ingredient and starts for the next ingredient. All the connections of screw conveyors and dump bunker will be elastic connection to prevent effecting the weighing operation. When the dosing completed, the pneumatic gate under the weigher is opened and the dosaged ingredients are dumped to the dump bunker for unloading to hammer mill.

Used to cool pelleted feed. Cooling is done by air cycling inside the cooler. There are 3 stage gratings inside the cooler. One of the gratings is fixed the other 2 stages are moving by gear reducer and pneumatic cyclinder for adjusting the unloading capacity. There are 2 level sensors inside the cooler. When the cooler is full, the unloading of cooler starts.When the cooler is empty, cooling stops.

Made up form stainless steel. It is used process mash feed before pelleting by the help of steam. Equipped with temperature sensors. Complete with steam fitting (stop valve, pressure gauges,reducing valve, steam trap). Working pressure: 2 Bars There are inlets for steam and liquid additions.

High pressure radial fan used to suck air from the cooler to the cyclone. Directly mounted on the cyclone inlet by flange to prevent decrease at sucking pressure.

Cyclone is used to remove dust formed while pelleting and cooling. Made of from 3 mm . Thick carbon steel. Anti-corrosive painted It prevents the utlet of air form the cyclone. The material collected is transfered to bucket elevator of pelleting line to re-pellet.

The dusty feed in the pelleted feed is removed by pellet sieve and transfered to the bucket elevator of pellet line for re-pelleting. Equipped with sieves and vibro motors.
