Since 2000 the ProfiKomp® Group has delivered closed semi-permeable membrane covered, aerated biowaste treatment technologies that are equipped with control and measurement systems. Semipermeable laminates specifically developed for composting and the treatment of various biowaste types and continuous innovation and development based on our experience guarantee that our partners receive quality technology solutions for their waste management problems.

Quality services - Complex solutions

In accordance with our internal quality management system ProfiKomp® Inc. provides design, consultation and implementation services to its partners from designing systems and solutions through procuring various technology elements to putting plants into operation. Should our partners require it, we are also happy to provide information and consultation services for plants already in operation

In our research laboratory, we conduct numerous forms of research-based testing of waste materials, soils, composts, and fertilizing products. Nevertheless, we provide compostability simulation and odour emission examinations services for our partners as well.

Reliability - References worldwide

ProfiKomp® experts have put about 100 waste treatment plants into operation worldwide: in Hungary, Europe and several Asian countries. Using diverse raw materials and biodegradable wastes, these plants now produce valuable soil improvement products and composts.

Furthermore, ProfiKomp® Inc. is also a market leader in the field of mechanical-biological waste treatment. We have outstanding references for stabilizing and/or drying residual (mixed) municipal solid waste, which, without exception, satisfy disposal limit values (AT4, GB21, TOC) and energetic parameters (moisture content, calorific value) in any given country.

Innovation

ProfiKomp® Inc. also places great emphasis on research and development projects. Accordingly, we have participated in several Hungarian and European R&D projects in order to study the latest scientific results and empirical background to biowaste utilization in cooperation with various companies, universities and research institutes. Thanks to continuous internal innovation we can successfully improve our own technology in response to our partners` needs and the feedback we receive.
