The Metal Projectile Tube Cleaner is engineered for challenging deposits and offers superior durability compared to conventional designs. This cleaner effectively removes various types of deposits from condenser and heat exchanger tubes, including mud, silt, slime, mineral deposits, oxidized compounds, and biological fouling. It utilizes a patented design that incorporates durable rubber bushings in addition to spring tension blades, providing enhanced force application and longer life expectancy, approximately 15 passes. The cleaner is compatible with tubes ranging from 5/8” to 1 ¼” (15.875mm to 31.750mm) outer diameter. Unlike traditional designs, the inclusion of resilient rubber bushings distributes wear more evenly and maintains consistent performance over multiple uses. This combination design ensures sustained cleaning efficiency, making it suitable for maintaining optimal operation of heat exchangers and condensers without causing tube damage.

Projectile`s pumping system is designed to work in conjunction with tube projectiles to effectively remove deposits from condenser and heat exchanger tubes. The system is capable of increasing water pressure up to 800 psi, although most cleaning situations only require between 300 to 450 psi. This high-pressure capability enables the propulsion of mechanical projectiles to thoroughly clean and flush out tube deposits. The pumping system is noted for its user-friendly design, making it suitable for a wide array of tube cleaning projects. The system is ideal for both preventive maintenance and remediation in industrial settings where cleanliness inside tubular components is crucial for efficient operation.

Projectile Tube Cleaning’s water gun offers a robust and user-friendly solution for tube cleaning applications. Designed to withstand typical tube cleaning pressures ranging from 100 to 800 psi, this water gun delivers a smoother trigger action for reduced user fatigue. The durable structure ensures a long lifespan, making it cost-effective. Available as either a basic gun frame or a complete assembly, it includes features such as a heavy-duty swivel, gauge adapter, gauge, splash guard, and nozzle. The nozzles are precision-engineered for mechanical tube cleaning processes, fitting snugly within tubes to create a complete seal for effective projectile propulsion. These nozzles come in sizes ranging from 12.7 mm to 31.75 mm and are available in materials such as brass, Delrin, or stainless steel, catering to diverse cleaning requirements.

Projectile Tube Cleaning nozzles are perfectly designed for the mechanical tube cleaning process.  The nozzles are made to fit snugly in each tube in order to make a complete seal and effectively propel projectiles.  Nozzle sizes range from 1/2” to 1¼” (12.700mm to 31.750mm) and are available in brass, delrin, or stainless steel.

Projectile Tube Cleaning provides a range of tube cleaning equipment designed to facilitate maintenance processes in industrial settings. The inlet and outlet hoses are mine spray hoses rated up to 1,000 psi, featuring national pipe thread pressed fittings for secure connections. The inlet hose measures 1½” in diameter and connects the water supply to the pumping system, while the ¾” outlet hose, which runs from the pump to the gun, is lightweight and user-friendly. The fiberglass push rod is designed to remove blockages from confined spaces like condensers and comes with a brass tip for enhanced durability. It can be customized to any length required. For messy operations such as condenser and heat exchanger cleaning, Projectile offers tarps in solid and mesh varieties, equipped with steel grommets for ease of use. Additionally, the accumulator helps absorb pressure changes caused by the water gun's trigger, protecting facility water lines and associated equipment from potential damage.

Projectile Tube Cleaning’s flexible fiberglass rod is used for removing blockages from obstructed tubes.  The rod comes with a durable brass tip for pounding out blockages and the rod is flexible enough to be maneuvered into confined spaces, like condensers.  The fiberglass rods can be cut to any length necessary.
