Magnet is used to separate metals such as screw, nail, wire in the grain.

Drum separator PBT is designed for preliminary grain cleaning. It founds usage especially in postharvest lines and silos. PBT precleans cereals using a rotary screen. The product is dosed to the distribution screw, which, with the help of adjustable vanes and dampers, spreads product over the entire rotary screen. Using the rotary screen, the product is sorted into two portions. Overflow from the rotary screen are impurities larger than the mesh and fall swipe overflow. Slump rotary screen is sorting product that falls across the width of the swipe fall into screen separator or aspiration screen.

Separator is used to separate the products by their size and cleans wheat to bigger and smaller things in grain by vibration. Thanks to this vibration, wheat flows and clean up by sifting. Sieves size and types are changeable according to product type.

These fine tuning wheels can reproduce using an electrical system with a stepper motor or servomotor. WITH A specialized system of air ducts ensures an even flow of grain between the rollers.

Centrifugal separators are used in pneumatic transport flour for separating the transported product (grain, flour and other intermediate products) from a stream of air transport. Sharps can be characterized as loose, powder or granular, non-sticky and nonabrasive materials. The use of centrifugal separators for pneumatic transport of other products should be discussed with the manufacturer.
