These are available in single & double stage and are oil sealed, rotary vane type positive displacement pumps where, not only complete assembly is immersed in oil but shaft seal is also designed in such a way that it totally eliminates the possibility of suction of air through it. These are designed to achieve maximum vacuum in a very short time and rise in temperature of the unit also remains under check, which in turn reduces the wear and tear of its components and makes it suitable for noiseless and trouble free performance for years and thus helps in reduction of repair bills.

These pumps belonging to series PVD2 are designed to work non-stop without any problem, for a long period of time. These are Direct Drive, Double Stage, Oil Sealed, Rotary High Vacuum Pumps wherein, State of the Art technique has been adopted to ensure proper alignment and the fine setting of each & every component used, remain ever undisturbed. The main components of the pumps are made out of the selected superior quality raw materials, which mainly consist of specially treated Cast Iron and Steel. The pump is coupled directly to the Motor shaft without using any additional coupling which not only makes it compact, but also ensures its powerful positive drive sufficiently noiseless.

PROMIVAC Rotary Vane Vacuum Pumps are single stage, oil lubricated vane type with inbuilt oil-circulation and anti-suckback system. The main assembly of the pump comprises of a dynamically balanced rotor with three or four specially treated fiber vanes which is mounted in a stator. When the rotor is made to rotate with the aid of the connected electric motor, these vanes move in & out of the slots by centrifugal force & slide against the walls of the stator pushing thereby the trapped air out of the stator & prompting the atmospheric air to gush in spontaneously to fill in the empty space. This continuous process happening at a high speed, gives rise to an unbreakable stream of Vacuum and Pressure. The oil circulation system is so designed that after providing lubrication to all the vital components of the pump, oil travels ahead without contaminating the air and gets automatically collected in its original chamber for re-circulation.

These combine in them the two-fold features of suction and pressure and hence the same unit can be employed for either function. When used as vacuum pump, they can create vacuum up to 710 mm (28" Hg) provided the temperature of the sealant water is below 30 °C & barometric pressure at site is 30 Inches of Hg.

These are Monoblock Type (Direct Driven), directly mounted on electric motor with flanged suction & exhaust connection have been indigenously developed in response to the overwhelming demand received from comparatively smaller Industrial Units. These are at par in performance to its elder brother - Water-ring type vacuum pump and of course, the working principle is also the same. The only difference between the two is that this is more compact, handy, portable, lighter in weight and hence is economically more viable for humble applications & suit best to OEM for incorporating these in their industrial units and plants.

In response to the over whelming demand received from the market, PROMIVAC has come forth with a Double Stage version of their vastly patronized Water-ring type Vacuum Pump. Each and every pump of this new series very successfully and effectively takes care of its respective job and hence as usual is held in similar high esteem the `PROMIVAC` logo has already earned.

These pumps combine in them double features of suction & pressure and hence the same unit can be employed for either purpose. These have low oil consumption and are compact in design, noiseless & care free in operation and easily maintainable.

A maintenance free, noise less blower because of no friction, no vibration & needs no lubrication at all. Consequently, completely wear & tear free.

PROMIVAC` Regenerative Vacuum Pressure Side Channel Blowers, Turbine Type, Single Stage are manufactured from good quality die casted aluminium alloy and are directly mounted on single / three phase Electric Motor. These are Specially Designed and Fabricated to ensure High Efficiency & Trouble Free Operation. Since there is absolutely no friction between any two parts of the blower and no lubrication is required either, consequently the pressurised air or vacuum generated remains 100% Oil Free.

These are available in Single, Double & triple Stage in Direct / V - Belt Driven Versions. These are Specially Designed and Fabricated to ensure High Efficiency & Trouble Free Operation and are Highly Resistant to severe conditions such as High Temperature, Corrosion and Abrasion.
