Pyramat - High Performance Turf Reinforcement Mat (HPTRM)

PYRAMAT high performance turf reinforcement mat (HPTRM) is a three-dimensional, lofty, woven polypropylene geotextile that is available in green or tan which is specially designed for erosion control applications on steep slopes and vegetated waterways. The matrix is composed of polypropylene monofilament yarns featuring X3 technol ogy woven into a uniform configuration of resilient pyramid-like projections. The material exhibits very high interlock and reinforcement capacity with both soil and root systems, demonstrates superior UV resistance, and enhances seedling emergence.

LANDLOK 300 turf reinforcement mat (TRM) is a three-dimensional, lofty, woven polypropylene geotextile that is available in green or tan which is specially designed for erosion control applications on steep slopes and vegetated waterways. Landlok - Stitch Bonded Turf Reinforcement Mats

LANDLOK 450 turf reinforcement mat (TRM) features X3 technology that consists of a dense web of crimped, interlocking, multi-lobed polypropylene fibers positioned between two biaxially oriented nets and mechanically bound together by parallel stitching with polypropylene thread. The TRM is designed to accelerate seedling emergence, exhibit high resiliency, and possess strength and elongation properties to limit stretching in a saturated condition. Every component of LANDLOK 450 is stabilized against chemical and ultraviolet degradation which are normally found in a natural soil environment. Furthermore, the TRM contains no biodegradable components.

LANDLOK 1051 turf reinforcement mat (TRM) features X3 technology that consists of a dense web of crimped, interlocking, multi-lobed polypropylene fibers positioned between two biaxially oriented nets and mechanically bound together by parallel stitching with polypropylene thread. The nonwoven portion of this product has a mass per unit area (ASTM D5261) of 3 oz/yd2 and a grab tensile strength (ASTM D4632) of 80 lbs. The TRM is designed to accelerate seedling emergence, exhibit high resiliency, and possess strength and elongation properties to limit stretching in a saturated condition. Every component of LANDLOK 1051 is stabilized against chemical and ultraviolet degradation which are normally found in a natural soil environment. Furthermore, the TRM contains no biodegradable components.

LANDLOK 407 is a flexible, open weave, degradable erosion control blanket produced by Propex and will meet the following Typical Values when tested in accordance with the methods listed below. Landlok 407 is made from perpendicular rows of photodegradable polypropylene spun and tape yarns woven into a dimensionally stable matrix. The geotextile is designed to hold seed and soil in place, protect emerging seedlings and accelerate vegetation growth in low to moderate erosion applications. This product is NTPEP approved for AASHTO standards.

LANDLOK S1 Erosion Control Blankets consist of 100% wheat straw mechanically bound and covered on one side by netting. The straw is homogeneously blended and evenly distributed throughout the blanket. The netting is photodegradable polypropylene with mesh openings of approximately 3/8 in. by 3/8 in. (11 mm by 11 mm). The blanket is sewn on approximately 2 in. (51 mm) centers with photodegradable polypropylene thread. This product is NTPEP approved for AASHTO standards.

The bottom netting is photodegradable polypropylene with mesh openings of approximately 3/8 in. by 3/8 in (11 mm by 11 mm). The top netting is UV stabilized polypropylene with mesh openings of approximately 3/8 in. by 3/8 in. (11 mm by 11 mm). The blanket is sewn on approximately 2 in. (51 mm) centers with photodegradable polypropylene thread. This product is NTPEP approved for AASHTO standards.

(16 mm by 16 mm). The blanket is sewn on approximately 2 in. (51 mm) centers with UV stabilized polypropylene thread. This product is NTPEP approved for AASHTO standards.
