Subsea Electronics Module
The Artemis 2G subsea electronics module (A2G SEM) is a next generation controls and communications technology for both green and brown field applications, that uniquely frees operators from the constraints of an existing umbilical by finding additional signal capacity to enable a cost-effective field upgrade or extension. The A2G SEM performs with industry leading reliability, coupled with a design that ensures the most critical component within the subsea control system will never go obsolete.
Subsea Control Modules
Proserv’s electro-hydraulic subsea control modules (SCMs) are a modular design concept and incorporate well-proven technology and qualified components to minimise both CAPEX and OPEX costs. The integrated system provides the requisite monitoring, control and shutdown functions for subsea production wells, injection wells, manifolds, pipeline end manifolds (PLEMs), and work-over controls. To date, Proserv has manufactured and supplied over 250 SCMs to clients globally. Our electro-hydraulic SCMs are designed to meet initial field requirements and provide expansion to suit full field development. The SCM will integrate with all major subsea tree manufacturers and interface with all associated third party subsea devices. Proserv SCMs are designed and manufactured to perform with industry leading reliability, and are engineered to ensure zero obsolescense issues, past or future.
Topside Controls
Wellhead Control Panels
Proserv design, manufacture, supply and install various types of wellhead control panels (WHCP) for the control, monitoring and safety of oil and gas production wells. All our systems are built in line with customer specifications and international standards. We specialise in single, multi, PLC-based, solar powered and self-contained WHCP which meet the highest standards of safety, performance and reliability. Our systems are suitable for use in remote areas, on offshore platforms and even in hostile environments. As well as the fabrication of new-build systems, we offer a complete range of after-market services to ensure the safety, reliability and integrity of client assets.
Sampling
Sample Cylinders
Proserv’s sample heating and transfer equipment ensures that sample quality is not compromised during transfer. Our certified cylinders allow for safe transportation of samples from the field to a laboratory of choice with the correct shipping certification for their destination countries. We can offer a full range of sample handling equipment from sample cylinders to transfer benches to heating jackets, and all of our proprietary equipment can be purchased, or rented, as required.
