The DATS-solo is a small data logger from Prosig. It is compact, rugged, USB powered and has 4 x 24-bit inputs selectable as IEPE, voltage or tachometer inputs. Industry standard SMA connectors are used for input with optional adapters for other connectors. The size, tough packaging and power from USB make it ideal for mobile use. Internally there is comprehensive signal conditioning for IEPE or voltage with anti-alias filters, all controlled by Prosig’s DATS software. The fully integrated DATS software provides options for acoustic & vibration testing, rotating machinery analysis, NVH tests, hammer impact analysis, resonance testing and modal analysis.

The DATS-tetrad is a rugged, portable data acquisition system that supports up to 32 high speed analog inputs. Sensor options are include microphones, accelerometers, strain gauges, thermocouples, load/pressure/force sensors, tachometers, rotary encoders, digital I/O and CAN-bus. The unit can be powered from mains, vehicle or its internal battery power. The Tetrad provides the versatility of a standalone front end or can be distributed for up to 1000 channels.

The DATS-hyper12 is the high channel count member of the Prosig DATS data acquisition system family. The unit is available in portable or rack-mount form and a single system can support 96 high speed analogue inputs. Units can be stacked to expand the system to over 1000 channels. Various input options are available. These include high speed analog (for microphones & accelerometers), thermocouple, strain gauge, precision tachometer measurement, digital I/O, CAN-bus, GPS and analog output. Each option is complete with programmable signal conditioning, which is controlled by the DATS software.

The DATS-P8012 is a rugged, portable data acquisition system that supports up to 24 high speed analog inputs. Sensor options are the same as the DATS-tetrad system. The unit can be powered from mains, vehicle or its internal battery power. The P8012 provides the same measurement capabilities as the DATS-tetrad and Hyper12 systems without some of the advanced features such as batteries and internal storage. This makes it an ideal entry level system or channel extender for Tetrads or Hyper12 systems.

The DATS-CANetic combines sully integrated software and a rugged, palm-sized, CAN-bus logger from Kvaser. It is ideal for applications requiring quick access to vehicle bus data. The dedicated logger configuration software and optimised hardware and cable design allows the user to start logging in minutes. No complex setup, file management or pinout interpretation is required.

PROTOR provides a complete hardware and software solution for vibration monitoring of rotating machines. Acquisition subsystems monitor the machinery and are networked to a central server. Realtime and historical data can be accessed on the server or remotely via a LAN, WAN or VPN. Data and reports are available in graphical and numerical forms.
