Moisture Barrier Bags

Moisture barrier bags, (also known as foil bags, alufoil bags or mylar bags), are one of the most effective packaging solutions on the market today to protect against corrosive damage caused by humidity, moisture, oxygen, salt spray, aromas, grease and other airborne contaminants. Products bagged and sealed in properly controlled production environments will remain protected indefinitely, as long as the correct moisture barrier materials remain intact.  No other product or process can make this claim.

Metal Out Static Shielding Bags

Metal-Out static shielding bags are designed to protect against static-induced damage. The Metal-Out layer is close to the surface for low surface resistivity readings. The Metal-Out static shielding bags will dissipate a 5,000-volt static charge to zero in less than 100 microseconds.

Although we carry `ready-made` bags, our manufacturing facility gives us the ability to create customized static shielding bags of any size, from a 2 inch square to over 200 feet long. All of our bags are made with metal-in static shielding materials which offer superior durability at a low cost. Enhanced durability is obtained with the metalized layer buried between the polyester and the polyethylene layers of the metal-in shielding. The metal-in layer prevents the penetration of damaging electrostatic fields. Tribocharging is minimized by specially processed, non-static-generating polyethylene. This type of bag is recommended when packaging static sensitive components.

ESD Bags - Opaque Static Shielding Bags

These are flat opaque ESD bags, open on one end. Heat sealable. Ideal for protecting static sensitive components from damaging electrostatic discharge. These bags are made from Protect VF 1000, and opaque, heavy-duty material that acts as a Faraday cage around contents when properly heat sealed into a bag or pouch. This film provides both electromagnetic and electrostatic shielding for superior protection of electronic components. These static shielding bags are designed to protect electronic components during shipping and storage.
