Proviplast - PVC

Provichem - Water Surfactants – Monomers
These include aqueous vinylic/acrylic emulsions: non-migratory stabilizers for binders in coatings and adhesives with superior stability and improved scrub and water resistance. Other applications of Provichem 2202/2203 are nickel plating (brightener and levelling agent), oil field applications and water treatment.
Provichem - Speciality Esters
This will result in high tenacity polyester yarns. Quantities of 1 to 500 ppm are sufficient to increase mechanical properties. Adding larger amounts of cross-linker will increase the crystallinity of the polymer. Provichem 2011 can also be used as an ester solvent for fine chemistry and as a plasticizer in polyvinylfluoride resins.
Proviplast - PVB
For PVC and PVB applications, the products offer higher yield through increased compatibility. For PVB applications, Proviplast 0142/01422 are used as plasticizers for laminated glass. The products drastically improve low temperature flexibility. This is also helpful in (semi-) polar rubber applications. Here Proviplast 0142/01422 also offer improved solvent extraction properties. Other advantages include low organic extraction and low volatility. Applied in PUR, Proviplast 0142&01422 feature high yield through increased effectiveness, lower plasticizer compound cost, low VOC and non-toxicity. Proviplast 0142&01422 are suitable for food contact applications.
