In carrying out the engineering work, REKAYASA utilizes the proven internationally recognized Engineering Software`s in various engineering disciplines, including end-to-end state of the art of Computer Aided Design (CAD). Currently Plant Design System (PDS) with the capability of 3D modeling is intensively used in the execution of REKAYASA`s Projects, as well as AUTOCAD and AUTOPLANT.

Project Management

The quality of project implementation continues to increase, both in terms of time and costs. This due to the fact that project management is implemented in every project undertaken. The application of sophisticated hardware and software technology that is continuously being upgraded greatly supports successful project implementation.

Plant Relocation

As in past, dismantling, relocating and refurbishing a used plant still provides economic incentives today. Since competition is shifting towards an emphasis on providing customers with WHAT, WHEN, and WHERE they want it, a beneficial way to achieve such fast service is to create an organization in which people; process, operating units and technology are continuously reconfigured. Plant relocation has proven to be a stage in this reconfiguration that has secured the viability of many operating units and demonstrated fast capital return.

Such services shall provide an integrated plant maintenance services by applying our competent persons in the field of engineering and project management and utilizing collaborative adequate resources (qualified manpower, tools, and proven maintenance management system).
