PTronik - Model D6 - Sequential Timer for Solenoid Coil Circuits
The PTronik D6 is a new take on the classic dial based sequential timer. Featuring 6 outputs and a remote start/stop, the controller is simple in design and simple to operate with two dials and a valve selector pin. The digital display removes the guess work when settings the on and off times and allows for alarm notifications of short and open circuits of solenoid coils.

PTronik - Model E10 - Sequential Timer for Dust Collectors
The E10 controller is designed for medium sized dust collectors where the simplicity of a timer out weighs the cost saving of an on demand controller. Don`t be fooled though. Our E10 timer has a range of advanced features not found on other sequential timers such as row identification of failed diaphragm valves and row identification of broken bags. The E10 can be connected to your PLC system via the four output replays or through Modbus allowing remote monitoring and parameter setting of your dust collectors.

PTronik - Pulse Jet Dust Collector Controller
PTronik created a custom controller for our client with the following specifications. Offline cleaning reverse pulse jet dust collector. 10 chambers with 10 damper isolation valves. 10 solenoid valves per chamber (100 solenoid valves in total). Chamber isolation switch allowing a single chamber to be closed for maintenance purposes. 220VAC input and 24VDC output to Solenoid Coils. Mounted in mild steel enclosure.
PTronik - Pulse Jet Dust Collector Controller Including Rotary Airlock Control
PTronik created a complete custom controller that integrated the following components. ECo Ondemand controller. Star Delta motor contacts for main fan. Direct Online (DOL) starter for rotary air lock valve. Proximity sensor for rotary airlock valve. Circuit breakers, start buttons and lights.
PTronik - Controller for Gas Turbine Engine Air Filtration System
PTronik provided pMC controllers with remote monitoring capability to replace existing controllers for air filtration systems used on a gas turbine powered power station. The system provided had 100 output channels and was mounted within an EXD and EXE enclosure with external DP sensor and intrinsically safe barriers. The complete system was mounted on a galvanized steel frame with connection terminals mounted in the same location as the existing unit facilitating a quick change out.

Spray Booth Controllers
PTronik - Spray Booth Controller
Fan motor is protected by an electronic thermal overload with adjustable settings. A door interlock is provide through an intrinsically safe barrier. Pre-purge time: the spray air valve will energise 1 minute after the fan starts operation provided all doors are closed. Post-purge time: the spray air valve de-energises when the STOP is pushed and the fan will stop after 5 minutes.
