Production Range: DN80MM up to 2000MM. ISO 2531-2009: Ductile iron pipes, fittings, accessories and their joints for water applications. BS EN545-2010: Ductile iron pipes, fittings, accessories and their joints for water pipelines requirements and test method.

Fabrication of Tanks & pressure Vessels that are designed to operate above atmospheric pressure, capable of holding liquids, vapors & gases as per ASME, CE EN Standards.

Standard: Valves are produced as BS, DN, EN, ASME & ISO Standard. Bodies: Produced are Cast Iron, Ductile Cast Iron, Steel, Stainless and Brass. Application: Water, Sewer, Municipal, Irrigation, Marine & Industrial.

Water meter products are used to measure the volume of cold potable water and/or hot water consumed in households or resident units over a period of time. Some meters are especially designed for high temperatures (heat-resistant), they are used for measuring living-water, hot water, boiler preheating water and process cooling water. Other meters are made for dry-type water these devices are driven by magnetic coupling; they provide easy reading, good antifreeze properties and the ability to permanently keep the reading clear.

Steel Pipes include the following: Electrical Resistant Welded (ERW). Longitudinal Welded (LSAW). Spiral Welded (SSAW). Seamless. Stainless Steel: Seamless & welded. Galvanized; and Casing and Tubing: OCTG pipes (casing pipes, drill pipes, production tubing) for all oil and gas operations.

Shape: Round, square, rectangular cover with lifting pocket, frame with seal and lock. Material: Ductile iron and cast iron. Standards: ASTM, DIN, EN, BS, ISO. Proof Loads: up to D 600; and Coating: Epoxy, PE and bitumen painting.

Butt welding pipe fittings, forged steel fittings: Diameter Range: ½” up to 120”.

Ductile Iron Pipes & fittings are produced with different kinds of joints from DN80-2000mm Manufactured according to ISO 2531, BS EN545 & 598 under the following production process:

GRE Pipes & Fittings – Fabrication & Spools: Diameters: 25 to 1200 mm. Pressures: 10 to 32 Bar. Pipes & fittings are available in adhesive bonded, mechanical, flanged & laminated jointing systems. Standards: AWWA C 950, AWWA M45, ASTM D 2996, ASTM D 3754, BS 5480, AND API 5HR AND API 5LR.
