We perform workshop services to a high quality standard, using the best technology and equipment. The well-equipped workshop has a floor area of 1700 m2 and is equipped with traverse cranes, a laboratory and course facilities, as well as Norway’s most advanced pressure testing unit. Our staff are well trained, service minded and fully dedicated to assisting all our clients, all day every day.

We can calibrate, adjust and repair a wide range of pressure devices both on-site and in our laboratory. ESI – USB calibration, Manometer and gauges, Mechanical recorders and Analog pressure transducers.

We have the experience, competency and equipment needed for performing efficient flushing. We can do flushing with both mineral and water based hydraulic fluids. Hoses, Pipe systems, Cylinders, Tubing and Skids.

Our two fixed test pits with mobile, concrete test walls ensure safe pressure testing. We use a computerised test skid from Resato, a manually operated Resato workshop test bench. ESI loggers are used for generating test certificates in an efficient manner. We have additional test walls and can use mobile test pumps from our rental fleet to test many objects at the same time. Our personnel has extensive experience and expertise with different types of test objects. Test objects at present are hoses, subsea tools (staff, receptacles), cylinders and pressure vessels.We are able to perform more complex tests as cyclical tests and gas tests, or tests with hypothermia and heating. We get regular visits from both end-users and third-party approval parties (Lloyds/DNV) during final testing.

At our facility in Forus, Stavanger, we have a complete workshop and years of expertise necessary to repair and do maintenance on pumps. We support a wide range of pumps from many manufacturers and brands.  High pressure test pumps, Centrifugal pumps, Piston pumps and Diaphragm pumps.
