An eco-friendly process to convert agriculture, forestry and industrial waste into solid blocks of bio-fuel. Cylindrical-shaped Briquettes and Pellets are made with high mechanical pressure; using Binderless Technology, removing the need for any chemicals. For efficient usage of biomass, it is converted into Briquettes and Pellets at PRESPL’s Plants for ease of transportation over longer distances and for end use as Bio-Fuel for Process Boilers and Furnaces.

Build, Own, Operate and Transfer (BOOT) Model; wherein a project (Boiler-based / Co-Generation / Bio-CNG / Bio-CBG etc) is installed and operated by PRESPL over long-term contract (10 to 15 years or more); while the offtake is billed as per Contract Rates. The client accrues savings of Capital Investment for Boilers & Accessories etc. All additional benefits of the Operation & Maintenance Contracts, including major reduction in costs, freeing up of manpower & increased efficiency of the system in entirety; with responsibility shifting to PRESPL from the are accrued by the Clients.
