“Pureair” Biosafety Cabinet Class II Type A1 is designed for protection of operator, product and environment from pathogenic agents and microorganisms transmitted in respiratory way and also for creation of a bacterial dust free air environment. It has a common plenum from which 30% of air is exhausted, and 70% re-circulated to the work area as the downflow. Type A cabinets exhaust air directly back to the laboratory, and they may contain positive pressure contaminated plenums. When toxic chemicals must be employed as an adjunct to microbiological processes, these cabinets should not be used. Exhaust HEPA filtration only removes airborne aerosols including biohazards, and not chemical fumes.

Pureair” Fume Exhaust Hood ( Constant volume type) is fitted with a movable front sash and an interior baffle. The sash may be fully opened to accommodate apparatus within the fume hood, while baffle directs exhaust air along specific flow pattern within the enclosure. The constant volume type generally operates at constant exhaust volume with the total exhaust air entering the hood through the sash opening. Closing the sash increases the speed of the air through the sash opening, so that high velocities are to be expected with the sash in the near closed positions.

Air shower works as partial clean equipment installed at the partition between the clean room and non-clean rooms to shower the personnel or matters before entering the clean area. This unit helps to remove dust effectively and maintains the normal working status. All our Air Showers are assembled and tested directly in the factory and supplied after hard quality testing. Pureair” Powder Containment Dispensing/Sampling booths, which are ideal to control the hazardous emissions of powder dust during powder dispensing/Sampling processes. The booth controls the emission of powders without any risk to the operator and product. The downdraught of HEPA filtered air from the booth prevents airborne dusts caused by handling operation away from the operator’s breathing zone. The air is forced downwards and is extracted at low level into the booth’s filtration system. Pureair” Fan Filter Units are self-contained, motorized Supply Air Modules equipped with either HEPA or ULPA filters. Our FFU’s can be used in either horizontal or vertical flow positions, wherever clean air is needed. The clean air fan filter module includes a fan shroud, a fan/motor mount, a centrifugal fan, a fan motor, and a HEPA filter, the fan shroud having an air inlet and two inclined ends, the fan/motor mounted below the air inlet on the fan/motor mount, the centrifugal fan blowing air radially towards the fan shroud, the HEPA filter constituting the air outlet. Fan Filter unit is generally used to supply purified air to the clean room for manufacturing semiconductor, liquid crystal, etc. The installation space is the system ceiling grid. For a large clean room, the number of required FFU is from several hundred to several thousands.

UV sterilizer chambers are designed to sterilize small objects such as, personal protection kits, medical kits, surgical tools etc before being carried into a hospital or diagnostic labs or micro biology labs etc. These small objects are easily sterilized when exposed to UVC radiation for about 30 minutes inside UV sterilizer chambers.
